I'm glad this issue is highlighted by someone who is being watched my millions. These big brands often rips off our skins and doesn't even get caught, they easily get away with it because of their brand popularity. These days expensive and big brands are getting cheap quality wise and small brands turns out to be far more higher than our expectations. So please do give a chance to those who are new atleast once.

Absolutely agree. Went to an Ideas sale last year and it was a complete clusterf***. The staff were not helpful at all and when we went to pay they said the items were not on sale, when where we picked them up from clearly said Sale. This is what happens when a brand gets so big they think they own the market.
You should start making your own merch!!! A shirt that says “Yaar Rasmish bahi” would be perfect!! Lol

Almost all barnds are doing same. They don't have management regarding sizes and design and not even trained staff. On j., sapphire they just through designs on table, and said you to find by your self. That's why i leaved to buy from outlets during sale.
I bought a shirt from ideas two years back ab meri wo shirt phat gayi hai lekin inke pass abhi bhi uske piece hote hein matlab 2 se 3 saal purana design kiyun sale kar rahe hoo aur aik baat hai mujhe koi bhi cheez 50% off se zyada ki nahi mili thi iss rush mein

In actual it was 5.3k.

They don't know how to deal with the customers. They don't even let me to check the stuff or touch the shirts on display.. I said to him "How would I know about the quality if I couldn't check them like the stuff etc... why would you put them on display even agar dekhne nahi dena."
You're absolutely right experience sharing bcz I was recently faced these kind of horrible things from Bata sale shop into finding footwear slipper sizing issue our here huge problem was customer care or dealing & how to respect of customer didn't learn to their employees & staff also list of big brands like ideas or else just looting customers didn't care about.
That happens in sales, seems this man has not visited any crowded stores. The main issue with IDEAS is that dress pants of Khaki and Aviator has been discontinued and replaced by some cheap stuff.

This is about Al karam. I wanted to buy a size medium for my father in kurta shalwar and I asked a guy to get me one. He came after like 20 minutes saying he went to get a fresh piece. When I went to the counter to pay I found out it was size small. All these brands actually need to learn some business ethics

The worst part is the leather jacket collection, the pattern cut is shapeless and cheap, big armholes sewing finish makes you a robot, one size fits all failed strategy. Cheap quality materials...
