This video shows my review of the Zinus Joseph Modern Studio 10 Inch Platforma Bed Frame! You can watch me assemble it and show you what it's like. This product is also known as the Zinus Joseph Modern Studio 10 Inch Platforma Low Profile Bed Frame / Mattress Foundation / Boxspring Optional / Wood slat support, Queen. The specific one that I reviewed is a queen size, but it comes in these all of these sizes: twin; full; king; queen.
Although it's got a long name, it's really just a platform bed. This means that you can place your mattress directly on it! You don't need a box spring to go with it. (You could use a box spring, but don't have to).
Other heights are available as well: 14 inch, 19 inch, and 6 inch (the 6-inch is very low profile). The one in this video is the 10 inch, best for thicker mattresses.

Hi. What kind of screws does this frame need? I got it second hand and it included no screws.
What were the measurements for the bolts. I ordered this & got a defective box. All the equipment was there but the bolts were not

Per Zinus Q&A: The slat spacing are as follows; TWIN/FULL: 3.07". QUEEN/KING: 3.43". The width of each slats is 2.83".

If your combined weight is under 500 lbs, you should be OK.

Sorry but it actually isn't made to use a box spring.
@@heavystarch100 I checked the Zinus Joseph Platform bed site. It can be used with or without box spring. It is your preference

Looking at buying this bed frame have you had an issues with squeaking/noises?
Nope. No noises the whole time I owned it! (which I think was about 8 months). Most people who have noise issues on any frame like this just need to tighten the bolts.
Thanks so much for your quick response! I know normally that is the case but unfortunately I bought a DHP metal canopy bed frame off amazon back in Feb an it makes SO MUCH noise even after tightening the bolts so tight my hands turned red, there was no difference. I Also live in Canada so the price is unfortunately a bit higher, it seems to have some good reviews though so I think I’m gonna buy it 🙂
Where did you place the Non Slip patch?
I didn't use them. I don't feel they do much.
Use Loctite on bolts and you wont have to tighten them.
What is a good mattress to get and what size
I like DreamCloud or the Alexander signature hybrid. I like queen size.
