One thing I'm not understanding, does the aura from the Longinus active skill from Gloria, stack with Saffiyah HM aura?

Yes most of time if an aura is different they will stack

Aura stack with different name
Key of stacking Buff is their buff name is different and not same category same name like ATK 1, ATK 2
A generic Leader Aura 10% ATK and 20% DEF buff is named "Leader Aura" Which if u use another Leader Aura, it doesn't stack
But sub Aura like Gloria Vow of Justice (extra DMG when ATK and less counter DMG) Nono Aggression (10% skill DMG) is does stack due to its a Second buff from that single Skill u put with its own name
So Gloria will give Buff called
- Leader Aura (10% ATK 20% DEF)
- Vow of Justice (12% ATK when attacking, less 24% on enemy counter)
Aura that have a range restrictions like Gloria Flag and Saffi HM does give u a Buff in list and they have different name so it does stack
