    @Edgy Been watching a lot of your videos lately and gaining so much insight and so much useful information from your videos ,and taking your advice to help improve myself as a notary in my local area in FL.

      That's awesome! really glad to hear that my videos are bringing you so much value. And yes always improve yourself. Even for me every week I set aside 15 minutes to study some materials so I don't stay stagnant. Plus make sure to add your service on Google. That's a free way to advertise your business.

    You are telling the absolute truth about EVERYTHING with conventional loan signings. I have my role play interview with my trainer with Notarize on this coming Tuesday. I'm really nervous about this. I'll be doing practice the entire time. At this point I can't tell which one I like until I do some online signings.

    I am new RON in Pennsylvania. This info was very helpful. I have never done mobile and don't want to but I have found that the platforms are not hiring right now and want you to signup with your own book of business. I wish I could get on notarize or any of the other platforms.

    • @Edgytv
      @Edgytv  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Glad to hear that the info helped and yes I know not every state is approve cause it's a fairly new concept but be patient. Hopefully it's available in your state soon. But in the meantime you can try doing loan signings and the good news is that there's other companies that are creating new online notary platforms.

    NJ will be new to RON as of Oct 20th and I'm willing to give it a try depending on the expenses as well. Your facts are correct about Loan Signing. I've been doing it for a few months and now I don't accept anything less than 70.00 because it takes a lot of time and effort, but I also have a full-time job so I don't have to do it. It's an option for me. I'm still trying to figure out which platform to use for NJ that's not too expensive and waiting for NNA to post the course for NJ and I don't know how or where is the RON application for my state. It may not come out until Oct. 20th. It's Oct. 4th today. I"m anxious and ready to start so I can compare as well. Thank you.

      Hi, when it come to being a notary and finding information regarding RON..the best place to go is your secretary of state website. There you will find all information regarding the application and the RON test (you may not have to take one it depends on your state.

    Thank you sooo much for speaking the absolute truth ! I'm learning so much from a variety of videos. I'm at the very beginning of my journey. My goal is to eventually do the online notary thing. I'm From Fl. It would be a side hustle for me. Right now I just took my 3 hour course and just printed out my certificate of completion. I'm not commissioned yet. My next step is to fill out the application and pay the money to get commissioned and bond insurance. Any idea of how much bond insurance to get? Thanks so much for all your guidance. God Bless.

    How much do loan signings pay online on notarize? And can you do "Wills and Apostles"

    • @Edgytv
      @Edgytv  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      To do loan Signings online, Notarized pay you $25 but they give you a lot of clients. So you can do as much as you can handle. And yes you can do wills but you can not do apostille.

      @@amberkay2596 Yes you can..especially if your doing loan signing online. On Notarize if you unlock the gold level then you will have the option to do loan signings. it will pay $25 and it usually takes 30 minutes to do. So if you compare it to a job then you will be making $50 an hour. There's a guy that makes 2,000 a week doing it.
