Hey! I use proof (used to be called notarize) it's working for me and when it comes to bringing in my clients I use Onenotary.US

To become a notary you have to do everything under your name first . After you become certified then you can put everything under your business name. For example instead of using your social security number you can use an EIN number instead. The EIN number is going to be connected through your business name

I don't offer fingerprinting services so that's why I haven't made a video on it yet but it is a service I'm thinking of doing.

Thank you I appreciate it!!! and it didn't take me long at all. I started making money right away. As a notary it's easy to make money quickly but it will take a bit of time to increase your income. But yes my first day I started getting calls but you will be nervous when you first start so, the goal is to get comfortable first.

I'm on Notarized as well, that's the primary platform I use. Around what time do you get on the platform? and are you on the first level (bronze level)?

Yes I'm a loan signing agent. I get most of my clients through the platform.

Employment : certain jobs require you to get fingerprinted, certain licenses you have to get requires fingerprinting, and when you work with children a lot of times they want you to get fingerprinted. So a lot of scenarios

You don't have to do any special connections. Just make sure your headset is plugged in and make sure your Internet is good.

Oh no! Not at all. You just need a headset and Internet connection.

There forms are filled in and you won't be able to do it if it's not filled in. But the only thing that won't be filled in is your notary section.

Hello! Hope all is well. Me personally I haven't done it but there's a lot of people that have. You will find some resources regarding fingerprinting on TH-cam. But at a basic level you can start by just buying a fingerprinting card on Amazon.

I actually recently found out they had a referral program. I haven't used it yet

The company (software) that you partner up with to provide the service will automatically deposit the money into your bank account.

If you're in Florida, taking an exam is not mandatory. If you want to do loan signing (notarized real estate documents) you can take an exam to further your knowledge but not mandatory.

You're welcome! I'm thrilled that you liked it. When I looked on TH-cam I didn't see a realistic day of a life of an online notary video, so I knew I had to eventually make one. And I appreciate the sub!!

Thanks a lot! I appreciate that...and yes I do have an electronic journal. It's on the website I'm using. The good thing is I never have to input anything cause whenever I'm done with a notarization, the software automatically inputs everything for me.

Hi, I don't think I set up the easy link. I did it so long ago so I'm not sure. When it comes to bringing in my own clients, I don't use proof. I use OneNotary instead.

Absolutely! in the beginning I was anxious. But overtime I got used to it and so will you. To answer your question ...the leads come from one platform (proof). I sit all day (if I want) to wait for the calls to come it. I'm a contractor with the company so I work for myself. I work anytime I want and whenever I want. It's the same concept as Uber.

Hi Sheila, I didn't get in a notary group. I started during the pandemic and around that time they were actually training us before we got on the platform. Which state are you in?

When I first did it yes I chose the complete package but it's not necessary and for the notary the basic is good enough. Everything else is extra

I think you can do it with a resident card. I have a video called "how to become a notary in Florida" that talks about it briefly.

The test is open book and you have to go to the NNA website. Select the signing agent option to take the test.

Only notarize (proof) made me do an online training course. The other ones mainly have videos for you to watch. And Amy which state are you in?

Test proctor? I think I've heard of it but I'm not sure but it sounds really interesting. It sounds like something that I would try out for sure. I will look into it, thanks Amy
