So I have tried everything, resizing, jpeg, and png, and it still looks blurry or fuzzy (It's my first etsy store), I sell clipart and they are supposed to look good, at least sharp enough, but I can't seem to figure it out Other shop's listings look nice and crisp and I do not know what it is. Please help

If you are uploading images into Canva, make sure they are at a high resolution before using them in your design. If you don't mind me asking, how are you designing your clipart? In Canva or a different program?

Hi there. I am in the process of opening my Etsy shop to sell my travel prints. I’m trying to create my first thumbnail which is a picture of a single horizontal wooden frame on the floor. I purchased the mockup on Etsy and uploaded it to Canva. I uploaded my photo to fit in the frame mockup, but when I upload it to Etsy, it is very blurry. Any suggestions? Much appreciated.

thank you for this example i will try this out as well. one way how i used to do it is by downloading my images pdf (pdf is 300 dpi) then i would find a pdf to png/jpg converter website and that usually did the trick as well but its super annoying with all of the steps.

I created several image sizes in Canva (digital images) and it still will not upload clearly in Etsy! I have been beating my head with this issue for a few days now. I cannot figure out why its not uploading clear! 😞 I have not opened up my shop yet, is is possible that the photos will become clear once I "Open Shop" or should the images look clear when you are creating the listing?

They should look clear when you are creating the listing. Are you using images you took and uploading them to Canva? If so, do you know what resolution the images are?

@@tempradesigns i am using the images within Canva. All images/texts are Canva.

@@faith-and-fit Hmm, what are you exporting as? A PNG or a JPEG

@@tempradesigns I’ve tried both. I literally have tried nearly everything I could, I just don’t get it. It shouldn’t be this complicated 😩 the Etsy “help center” isn’t much help at all.

@@faith-and-fit I've had this problem before too. That's why im asking so many questions. I'm trying to figure out what could be causing the problem. I know you can change the quality of JPEGS that might help.
