Thank you so much Sir for explaining in an intelligible way and also the way you picturesque helps to remember in a much effective manner.🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 Learnings from the video: Boundary is political and frontier is geographical. Boundary is artificially drawn by a state to demarcate it's territorial jurisdiction i.e., to the extent the government can rule. It is drawn basically for political reasons. Frontier is a geography which is uninhabitable. It exists between two countries and the countries on both sides don't feel the need to demarcate as the region is not fit for human habitation. Boundary is artificially drawn by human beings for political reasons and frontier is a natural zone, like a swampy area or a rugged mountain or a desert which is uninhabitable. Boundary always creates a divisive force and divides people. Frontiers unite people.
Thank you so much sir for making me understand the importance of this ,this boundary and frontier is very much needed to know , simple concept will help a lot in exams , thank for teaching very much easy way ,ur all the concept will have more clarity and gives confidence to answer questions Differences between frontier and boundary Boundary is political,it is artificially drawn by the states to demarcate it's territorial jurisdiction 2) Government has territory till where jurisdiction extends till where it can rule 3)It always create a decisive force a and divide people Frontier 1) It is geographical, natural 2)it is a geography which is uninhabitable 3)it is those geography that exists between two countries , which are there on both sides ,do not see any need to demarcate their jurisdiction 4) it unite the people between the two states Thank you so much for your teachings sir, waiting for the next concept 🙏🙏🙏
Thank you so much sir for your intiative to making me understand that both boundary and frontiers are not the same. I really thought as they are one and same sir. Thank you so much sir for making me understand and from this video I got a clarity of about both the terminologies sir. Thank you sir 🙏🙏. Difference between Boundary and Frontiers. 1. Boundary is drawn for Political reasons as to demarcate their jurisdiction. It's a Artificial line and it's drawn purely for Political reason. But Frontiers is a Geographical Zone which are generally Natural locations where human habitation is not possible i.e., inhabitable area. For example- Galwan valley in Ladakh region near Line of Actual Control. 2. Boundaries are drawn by State but in frontiers, Zone is natural and State is not interested because it's inhabitable. 3. Boundaries creates Dividing between two groups, but in frontiers Zone, it generally unite two opposite sides people. Thank you so much sir for helping me to understand this topic. The video looks very small but very helpful. Thank you once again sir and waiting for your next video.
Thank you so much Sir for this learning on one of the most basic concept I need to know. Sir, My learnings: Boundary and Frontier: The boundary is political. It is artificially drawn by the states to demarcate its territorial jurisdiction. The frontier is based on geography which is natural. Frontiers are that region which is non-inhabitable between two countries and the countries don't feel that there is a requirement for demarcation. Major differences: 1) A boundary is political which is artificially drawn whereas frontier is geographical which is natural 2) A boundary is a line specifically drawn for the purpose whereas a frontier is a zone that may have any type of physiography. 3) A boundary act as a divisive force or to divide people whereas frontiers unite people.
The video is simple and superb sir. This is the type of question which we can expect in an interview and right understanding is very essential to know it. Thank you for breaking down the topic and making the difference clear sir🙏🙏 My learning from the video sir🙏🙏 Boundary is an artificial line which demarcates the political jurisdiction of a country. It divides people based on nationality. Example- Boundary between India and Pakistan or boundary between India and china Frontier is geographical and natural, which is mostly not filled for human habitation as the conditions are very severe and the countries are not interested in them so there is no need for demarcation. It always unites people. Example- Cold deserts, forests, mountains Thank you sir🙏🙏
Thank you sir 🙏🙏 for giving me clarity on the on the common differences between Boundary and Frontier . I could also understand the reason why actually border disputes arise in first place . Thank you sir for your initiative of making video on this .🙏🙏🙏🙏 My learnings : 1) Boundary is a political concept , and it is artificially drawn by the state to demarcate its territorial jurisdiction . 2)Frontier is a geographical concept . It is generally an area between two regions which is uninhabitable. Because it is uninhabitable the states do not worry much about demarcating it and this is how they become reason for disputes . 3)Boundary is drawn artificially where as frontier is natural . 4) Boundary is a line drawn where as Frontier is a zone it may be rugged area, swamy area or a dense forest etc . 5) Boundary divides people because it is drawn purely for poltical reasons while Frontier is unites people because it provides scope for integration and homogenization of people . Thank you sir 🙏🙏

Thank you so much Sir 🙏🙏 for giving me clarity between Boundary and Frontier. Thank you Sir 🙏🙏for making me understand that these are very simple concepts which can come as a potential question in the exam and provide the highest clarity on the concepts. Thank you so much Sir 🙏🙏. My learnings from the video: Boundary is Political. It is artificially drawn by a nation to demarcate it's territorial jurisdiction. It is a territory where the government of a country extends to i.e till where the country can rule. Whereas Frontier is geographical. Generally, frontiers are those geographies they exists between two countries. The countries on both sides do not see the need to demarcate their jurisdiction because these regions are not fit for habitation. This is where problem arises between two countries. Example Indo China Border issue. Boundary is a line drawn by a country. Whereas, Frontier is not a line, it is a zone. For example Desserts, Thick forests, Swampy areas etc. Frontier seperates two regions which are suitable for habitation. Boundary created a divisive force. Generally here people do not look each other as friends. Frontiers unite people. For example, if there is a thick forest between two states and tribes from one state depend on the that and tribes from other state also depend on the same forest. Over a period of time both tribes homogenise and become a single tribe. Thank you Sir 🙏🙏
Thank you so much Sir for this educative and relishing learning . I can exactly differentiate between Boundary and Frontier now. It is very important to have one's foundation clear and that's what exactly you are helping me build, organically and in organised manner . A boundary is artificially drawn by which state to demarcate its territorial jurisdiction that is, the extent of its rule.It is artificial line drawn for purely political reasons and always creates divisive force. A frontier is a geographical entity and a natural zone which is generally and inevitable zone hence the countries on both the sides of the frontier do not worry on demarcating it. It can be a dense forest ,swampy area or a rugged mountain. Frontiers unite people on homogenisation. Thank You for dealing with this fundamental concept, knowing which the issues connected with it becomes more meaningful now🙏🙏🙏

Thank you so much sir I am experiencing great learning from your video sir 🙏🙏 I am waiting for more videos from you sir 🙏🙏🙏🙏 What is the difference between boundary and frontier? Why it so important now? It important to now that india has been experiencing border disputes from the day it's independent and also in the Recent times. Galvan valley between India and China. With consideration of that this concept became important to know. Difference between boundary and frontier. 1. Boundary is political while frontier is the geographical 2. Boundary is artificially drawn by the states to demarket it's territorial jurisdiction. While frontier is the geography that is unfair for human habitation. Frontier in between two countries both will not worry about draw a political line neither side . That's where all the problems arrived in the times. 3. Boundary is a line while frontier is a zone example: dessert, mountain etc... Which seperates the two inhabitable. 4. Boundary always divisive force, tow people at the border can see as a friend. While frontier unit the people. Example: a thick forest between two countries either side the tribe will go for dwelling settle there over a period of time both tribe will become one, after homogenisation. Thank you so much sir 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Thanks for giving clarity on boundary and frontier sir,it is really helpful, thanks for your videos which are educating me and many aspirants out there sir. Waiting eagerly for next video sir.👏👏👌🙏🙏 My learnings from the video Boundary : 1) It is political 2)It is artificially drawn by state to demarcate territorial jurisdiction. 3) It is line 4) It creates divisive force, where people on either side clearly divide each other. Frontier : 1) It is natural and Geographical. 2) It not fit for habitation, areas are overlooked by human beings. 3) It is between two countries where none of them worry about drawings boundary line. 4) It is zone, not like boundary which is definite line. 5) It unite people . Superbly explained sir, I will never forget these differences. Thank you so much sir.🙏🙏🙏🙏
Thank you so much sir for the video. Boundary is a line drawn for purely political purpose to to show the area under the country rule.boundary always saparate the peoples of two countries.since the boundary is a perfect line it saparates the people of the two countries.there is no scope for merging of people of the two countries. Frontier is the one which is inhabitable in the sense it may be a rugged mountains, desert, dense forest etc..frontiers always unites the people people of two countries.for example there is a dense forest extending over a tow countries ,the tribes inhabiting on the both the ends of the forest from both countries, over a period of time unites together.
Sir thank you very much sir for such a great video 🙏🙏 It's always a great experience to learn from you sir 🙏🙏 My learnings are, Boundary :- It is political concept. It is artificially drawn by a state to demarcate it's territorial jurisdiction. In other words till where a state can rule. It devides the people. Frontier :- It is geophysical concept. It is geography which is inhabitable. It is unfavorable for human habitation. It is present between two counties , where none of the worry to demarcate. It units the people Thank you very much sir, eagerly waiting for many more great videos sir 🙏🙏
Thank You so much for this video Sir. It was very simple and very clearly explained.🙏🙏 My learnings from the video are: Boundary is a political concept whereas a frontier is a geographical concept. Boundary is artificially drawn by a state to demarcate it's territorial jurisdiction. Frontier is a geographical zone which exists between countries where the countries do not see any need to demarcate a boundary as it is deemed not fit for human habitation. Boundary is a artificial line, whereas frontier is a natural zone of inhabitable region. A boundary creates a divisiveness, whereas frontiers unite people. Thank you for this revision video Sir. Please do many more videos like this Sir. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Thank you very much for this very informative video Sir 🙏🙏. I always thought that both boundary and frontier are one and the same, but today you have made me to get the differences right between the two. 🙏🙏🙏 My understanding on the concept Sir. Boundary •It is political •Artificially drawn by state. •It is a line •It creates a dividive force Frontier •It is geographical •Geography is non-equominous i.e regions are inhabitable for human condition and countries will not worry much about frontier •It is natural •It is a zone like forest, swamp, desert, rigid mountain etc. •They unite people. Sir, you have made this concept so clear and I'm eagerly waiting for the next video on types of boundaries. Thank you very much Sir 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Thank You Sir 🙏🇮🇳🙏 For once again lively and Wonderful explanation. My Learnings : Boundaries : It is a artificial line drawn by State to demarcate it's jurisdiction which is purely for political purpose . Boundary is a line Frontier : It always creates divisive force. Eg. India- China border Indo-Pakistan Frontier : are geographical or natural zone , Eg. Desert, Swampy area these are uninhabitable for human beings. Generally these geographies exists between two countries, where the respective countries generally have less interest in demarcating these areas which may lead to boundary disputes which are current issues. These are having uniting features . Eg. Where tribes from neighbouring states come to these zones the intermingling of tribes creates homogeneity. 🙏🇮🇳🙏 Thank You Sir 🙏🇮🇳🙏
Thank you so much sir!! Often I run behind understanding complex issues in current affairs and don’t try to learn the basics of it when it’s actually the basics which makes my foundation strong for the exam and success in life! Thank you so much sir for simplifying as always and for the super crystal clear clarity!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Boundary is political entity which is artificially drawn by a state to demarcate its territorial jurisdiction. It is an artificial line drawn purely for political reasons. Frontier is a geographical zone that generally exists between two countries where conditions are usually not favourable for human habitation, and hence neither of those countries see the need to demarcate a boundary line in such regions. Example - desert, forests, mountain, etc Boundary is always an artificial line drawn for political reasons and they divide people whereas frontier is a purely geographical zone that unites people. Thank you sir 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Thank you so much sir for giving a clearcut distinction between the boundary and a Frontier. I was not aware of it sir🙏🙏 . Such simple things cost a lot in the UPSC examination if they are neglected. Thank you so much sir 🙏🙏 My learnings sir: *Boundary is Political - Artificial line drawn by state to demarcate it's territorial jurisdiction. * Frontier is Geographical - Region not favourable for habitation. The differences between the two are Boundary Frontier Political. Geographical Artificial. Natural It is a line. It is a zone Divides people. Unites people Thank you so much sir 🙏🙏🙏
Thank you sir 🙏🏻🙏🏻 For Making Geography Easy, And giving greater clarity on these basic concepts and important ones on the news which we daily read. What is Boundary and Frontier? And their differences? Boundary A artificially drawn line by a state to demarcate it's territorial jurisdiction. Frontier It is geographical, so it is a natural boundary and doesn't not drawn by a state. While the boundary is artificial line The Frontier is a zone like forest, swampy or desert area etc. Boundaries are made to divide people as they are drawn purely for political reasons and create Difference in people But Frontiers(as its natural) it unites people because the particular zone can provide for interactions between people from both sides. One where nature wants us to interact other does separate us based on our statehood. For the Global Harmony, if people from either side looked at the other side and get conscious that we are all equally connected by nature it can lead to lesser conflicts between the nations surrounding. Thank you sir 🙏🙏 Looking forward for more videos like these to make preparation easy and our knowledge more authoritative.
Thank you for giving crystal clear clarity on boundary and frontier sir.. It has helped me to build on my basics very well.. Very well simplified and explained sir..🙏🏻🙏🏻 Boundary is the politically drawn artificial line by the state to demarcate its territorial jurisdiction and it acts mainly as a divisive force whereas Frontier is a natural zone, which is geographical which is inhabitable and the two states donot demarcate it and it is uniting force. Thank you so much sir for your great initiative.. Looking forward for the next videos sir..!!
Thank you so much sir for giving more clarity on the difference between boundary and frontier. It was much needed to avoid confusions while reading current affairs on boundary issues 🙏🙏🙏🙏 Boundary is artificially drawn line by states to demarcate territorial jurisdiction and it is a decisive force where people are clearly devide each other. Frontier is the geographical area which is not fit for human settlement and is a zone overlooked by human beings but it unite the people from both the sides Waiting for more videos on topics like this sir 🙏🙏
Thank you very sir 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Thank you for bringing right video at a right time sir 🙏🏼🙏🏼When i across these words, i simply read and go forward. I will not even notice it while reading. Even though it is simple but it is very important in this scenario sir. My understanding of this video sir Boundary is political sovereignty we can claim rule without any objections, where there is a clear artificial demarcation and divides two countries. Where as frontier is geographic which is natural. It is inhabitable terrain, it cannot be clearly demarcated so it may be the rood cause of clash between two or more countries. For example we can present scenario Galwan valley clash between India and China or sometimes Siachen Glacier between India and Pakistan. Thank you very much sir 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Thank you so much for giving greater clearity on these basic concepts which we use on daily basis sir. Eagerly waiting for the next video sir. Thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏🙏 Boundary v/s Frontier Boundary is political that is it's artificially drawn by a state to demarcate it's territorial jurisdiction. Frontier is geographical and hence it is natural not drawn by any state. Boundary is a artificial line but Frontier is a a zone like forest, swampy or desert area etc Boundaries divide people as they are drawn purely for political reasons but Frontiers unite people because the particular zone can provide for intermingling of people from both sides. Thank you sir 🙏🙏
Thank you so much sir 🙏🏻🙏🏻.. Every topics has to be known in organic and organized way....even the small words on superficially, look alike has different aspects to it.. One such example is boundary and frontier ... Boundary is artificial line drawn dy states for political reasons which demarcates the territorial jurisdiction of the country and acts as divisive force between people frontier is a geographical zone which is uninhabitable for human beings... But unites tribal people....
Thank You so much Sir🙏🏽🙏🏽 These simple differences are extremely important and these are valuable questions in UPSC which not at all be missed. Thank You so much Sir for giving videos on it. Eagerly waiting for your next set of videos Sir. My learnings 1. Boundary is a political which acts as a divisive force among the people. It is usually drawn by the state to demarcate its territorial jurisdiction. 2.Frontiers is a geographical concept where it helps to unite people. It is generally not fit for human habitation Thank You so much Sir for strengthening my basics🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Thank you sir, for educating on such hot topics for the prelims. You truly are an expert in creating awareness about the types of questions UPSC might come up with. Eagerly waiting for your video on ' types of different boundaries'.🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Differences between a boundary and frontier. 1) Boundary is political whereas frontier is geographical. 2) Boundaries are artificial whereas frontiers are natural. Frontiers are those geographies that exist generally in between two countries. 3) Boundary is a line that is demarcated by States to define their jurisdictional territories. Frontiers are zones that are generally uninhabitable. Hence, countries on either side don't usually demarcate these areas as they feel that neither side wouldbe interested to inhabit that geography. 4) Boundaries divide people as they are drawn purely for political reasons. Whereas, frontiers can unite people. For instance, if there is a frontier in between two States , tribes from either side can homogenise and become on tribe which is not possible if a boundary has been demarcated. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

What is the difference between boundary and frontier?
Why it so important now?
It important to now that india has been experiencing border disputes from the day it's independent and also in the Recent times. Galvan valley between India and China.
With consideration of that this concept became important to know.
Difference between boundary and frontier.
1. Boundary is political while frontier is the geographical
Waiting eagerly for next video sir.👏👏👌🙏🙏
My learnings from the video
Boundary :
1) It is political
2)It is artificially drawn by state to demarcate territorial jurisdiction.
3) It is line
4) It creates divisive force, where people on either side clearly divide each other.
Frontier :
1) It is natural and Geographical.
Sir thank you very much sir for such a great video 🙏🙏
It's always a great experience to learn from you sir 🙏🙏
My learnings are,
Boundary :- It is political concept.
It units the people
Thank you very much sir, eagerly waiting for many more great videos sir 🙏🙏
Thank u so much
You have cleared my concept on this
Thank You so much for this video Sir. It was very simple and very clearly explained.🙏🙏
My learnings from the video are:
Boundary is a political concept whereas a frontier is a geographical concept.
🙏🙏🙏
My understanding on the concept Sir.
Boundary
•It is political
•Artificially drawn by state.
•It is a line
•It creates a dividive force
Frontier
•It is geographical
•Geography is non-equominous i.e regions are inhabitable for human condition and countries will not worry much about frontier
•It is natural
•It is a zone like forest, swamp, desert, rigid mountain etc.
My Learnings :
Boundaries : It is a artificial line drawn by State to demarcate it's jurisdiction which is purely for political purpose .
Boundary is a line
Frontier :
It always creates divisive force.
Eg. India- China border
Indo-Pakistan
Frontier : are geographical or natural zone , Eg. Desert, Swampy area
these are uninhabitable for human beings.
Sir it was much needed to connect with Current Affairs. Explained in Lucid Manner. It's simple to remember and recall.. Thank You so much Sir..🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Thank you so much sir!! Often I run behind understanding complex issues in current affairs and don’t try to learn the basics of it when it’s actually the basics which makes my foundation strong for the exam and success in life! Thank you so much sir for simplifying as always and for the super crystal clear clarity!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Boundary is political entity which is artificially drawn by a state to demarcate its territorial jurisdiction. It is an artificial line drawn purely for political reasons.
Frontier is a geographical zone that generally exists between two countries where conditions are usually not favourable for human habitation, and hence neither of those countries see the need to demarcate a boundary line in such regions.
Example - desert, forests, mountain, etc
Boundary is always an artificial line drawn for political reasons and they divide people whereas frontier is a purely geographical zone that unites people.
Thank you so much sir 🙏🙏
My learnings sir:
*Boundary is Political - Artificial line drawn by state to demarcate it's territorial jurisdiction.
* Frontier is Geographical - Region not favourable for habitation.
The differences between the two are
Boundary Frontier
Political. Geographical
Artificial. Natural
It is a line. It is a zone
Divides people. Unites people
Thank you so much sir 🙏🙏🙏
Thank you sir 🙏🏻🙏🏻
For Making Geography Easy,
And giving greater clarity on these basic concepts and important ones on the news which we daily read.
What is Boundary and Frontier? And their differences?
Boundary
A artificially drawn line by a state to demarcate it's territorial jurisdiction.
Frontier
It is geographical, so it is a natural boundary and doesn't not drawn by a state.
While the boundary is artificial line
The Frontier is a zone like forest, swampy or desert area etc.
Boundaries are made to divide people as they are drawn purely for political reasons and create Difference in people
But Frontiers(as its natural) it unites people because the particular zone can provide for interactions between people from both sides.
One where nature wants us to interact other does separate us based on our statehood.
For the Global Harmony, if people from either side looked at the other side and get conscious that we are all equally connected by nature it can lead to lesser conflicts between the nations surrounding.
Thank you sir 🙏🙏
Looking forward for more videos like these to make preparation easy and our knowledge more authoritative.
Thanks sir .. I got the difference between frontier and border.. Very nice explained.
Thank you 🙏
Thank you for giving crystal clear clarity on boundary and frontier sir.. It has helped me to build on my basics very well.. Very well simplified and explained sir..🙏🏻🙏🏻
Boundary is the politically drawn artificial line by the state to demarcate its territorial jurisdiction and it acts mainly as a divisive force whereas Frontier is a natural zone, which is geographical which is inhabitable and the two states donot demarcate it and it is uniting force.
Thank you so much sir for your great initiative.. Looking forward for the next videos sir..!!
Thank you so much sir for giving more clarity on the difference between boundary and frontier. It was much needed to avoid confusions while reading current affairs on boundary issues 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Boundary is artificially drawn line by states to demarcate territorial jurisdiction and it is a decisive force where people are clearly devide each other.
Frontier is the geographical area which is not fit for human settlement and is a zone overlooked by human beings but it unite the people from both the sides
Waiting for more videos on topics like this sir 🙏🙏
Thank you so much sir, for liking comment 🙏🙏🙏
Thank you so much for giving greater clearity on these basic concepts which we use on daily basis sir. Eagerly waiting for the next video sir. Thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Boundary v/s Frontier
Boundary is political that is it's artificially drawn by a state to demarcate it's territorial jurisdiction.
Frontier is geographical and hence it is natural not drawn by any state.
Boundary is a artificial line but Frontier is a a zone like forest, swampy or desert area etc
Boundaries divide people as they are drawn purely for political reasons but Frontiers unite people because the particular zone can provide for intermingling of people from both sides.
Thank you sir 🙏🙏
Thank you so much sir 🙏🏻🙏🏻.. Every topics has to be known in organic and organized way....even the small words on superficially, look alike has different aspects to it.. One such example is boundary and frontier ... Boundary is artificial line drawn dy states for political reasons which demarcates the territorial jurisdiction of the country and acts as divisive force between people
frontier is a geographical zone which is uninhabitable for human beings... But unites tribal people....
Very good lecture ♥️♥️
Thank You so much Sir🙏🏽🙏🏽 These simple differences are extremely important and these are valuable questions in UPSC which not at all be missed. Thank You so much Sir for giving videos on it. Eagerly waiting for your next set of videos Sir.
My learnings
1. Boundary is a political which acts as a divisive force among the people. It is usually drawn by the state to demarcate its territorial jurisdiction.
2.Frontiers is a geographical concept where it helps to unite people. It is generally not fit for human habitation
Thank You so much Sir for strengthening my basics🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Thank you sir, for educating on such hot topics for the prelims. You truly are an expert in creating awareness about the types of questions UPSC might come up with. Eagerly waiting for your video on ' types of different boundaries'.🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Differences between a boundary and frontier.
