Being short is an advantage for lifting. You dont need to be 2 m in height if you are 2 m in width.

Ya there could be a 200 kg woman and they would not be able to lift her also
The trick is that the guys who tried to lift her have less strength by holding her at the hip. Combined with the distance she generates by placing her arms on the arms of the guys and aslo by pushing dowb the arms it is practically impossible. The spell and closing the eyes is only for distraction. So that the guys don't pay attention to the trick.

Not rly losing strength. If you see she's exerting the same amount of force the guys are using to lift her up. It's like lifting yourself up. You can't. For example: they are using about 50N to lift her up. She pushes 50N back onto them
50-50=0N, so she wont budge

Barely but good show
When she was easily lifted, she was assisting.
The second time around she was actively resisting being lifted. Notice how she is holding the arms of the men lifting her. This puts extra strain on the muscles increasing the difficulty of the lift.
I know this trick that women is applying pressure on that uncle's arm look that women's hand you will get to know what is happening

No, she is slightly squeezing sides of their upper arms. By doing that they can't use muscles in their upper arms to lift her.

All those guys had to do was step forward just so slightly to knock her off balance. Because she is gripping their forearms. She is pressing on the bellies of Flexor Muscles Digitorum, Pollicis, and Retinaculum. Once she feels like she is falling she will let go and boom lifted.

Having English as a second language, occasionally causes miscommunication. Obviously he/she knows that the woman isn’t squeezing their hands, as you can clearly see it on the video. Actually what she's doing is 2nd time she puts a lil amount of pressure in the arms of those mens and makes her shoulder as much lose she can..then puts her full body's pressure in the back side or the opposite side of the person trying to pull..
You can also try this once you know it's actually easier than you think.

@Yarin Al she is not letting him by blocking to leverage his position with her arms attached to her body and hands on his arms. That result in a no leverage position to anyone. Meaning it becomes a complete death lifting straight from the ground with no position to lift. You can try even with a child and you will have difficulty to get them up because of the weight.
@Yarin Al Simple test. Try to lift something around 25 kilograms with your body in a straight position and then grab bit from the ground with your arms also straight. Just bent over, not flexing, no squad, and you will see. It would be strong force in your lower back and shoulder to lift that weight. Be careful.

If you place a small amount of pressure on top of the elbows, then you lose upward lift. It's just joint physics.

I used to do this trick in the past with my friends. it is all about ur body mass, the grip, and the friction of ur feets on the floor. beside how he hold her is all the trick lie, if u don't have a good grip u can't lift her. but if u got a good grip, no matter what u can be able to lift her
