Guess no one in comments has the answer. So here it is. She’s applying pressure to the guys medial collateral ligament (on the inside of the elbow) and the lateral collateral ligament (on the outside of the elbow. This renders the arms useless depending how much pressure is applied. Look at the position of her hands.

Don't really think so as can be seen with the third guy (cap and huge arms). She doen't even touch his elbows but lays her hands quite loose on his biceps which she cannot nearly encompass. One more thing is that if someone applies pressure to your collateral/lateral ligament and leaves your arms useless you'd notice that in the same second and would correcet that by asking the other party to refrain from doing that and start another try. None of the guys in all of his videos did that.......

Spoiler*** trick is the girl places her hands on the guys arms around the elbow joint. when he trys to lift she presses down- effectively making the entire lift from the shoulders or so. which is extremely difficult even for a big guy. ( watch her placement of arms for the lifters and for the magician. look for the flex in her arms as they try to lift) ;)

Kevin hart had gone there for a video with a talk show host and those two guys were showing them around. Muscle beach is quite famous and as its face it's quite humiliating that he can't lift a women

It’s a physics trick. As some have already commented, it seems to be partially because she is pushing on the tendon that engages the biceps and the veins as well. But it seems primarily that she is putting downward force on his arms which is transferring any upward force into downward force. Same type of idea behind why there are diagonal slats on large wooden fence gates to make them not sag. Redirects the force elsewhere.
That is just good, I have no idea on this one. That was great 👏
Deedric Kee she holds the bottom of the muscle which restricts the muscle movement and doesn’t allow the people to pick her up if that made sense 😂

she touches the guys in a way so that there's a gap between them which makes it much harder to lift her. Try to lift something heavy directly in front of you and then do it again while holding it as far as possible away.

When you pick someone up you pick them up under the rib cage.. she is making them position just under so there is no support from the bone, that's all... slight movement in position but effective..
