Any one can check record of Shapoorj & Pallonji they are delaying possession and one of project in Pune is SP Residency 3 - RERA project status is lapsed and to your surprise 100% project was sold out in 2020, in last 5 years SP has not been able to build 112 flats, customers have filed RERA complaint and at many places customers have come on street against SP for delayed possession or not fullfilling the promised
Actually it was started by Lokhandwala builder Ali and Moiz Lokhandwala in 2010, now mid way handed over to SNP.. i was part of the sales team even when it was not launched...
Shapoorji Pallonji is not the best builder in India or International. Their multiple projects are stopped in Mumbai and we are waiting for a solution. They don't have any SPOC people in Mumbai and they are not ready to take any responsibility. Our invested money has stuck from 2018. So please beware the investment with SP projects.
WTF one more building to suffocate Mumbai. Already an overpopulated and overpolluted City. Bad infrastructure busy roads no proper water supply. Being a Mumbaikar I myself cannot enjoy a car drive. God bless Mumbai
