Does it constantly draw power if I have it hard wire? mine rn I had to put a switch into so it doesn't kill the battery

I believe if you power it off, it will not drain your battery. I just use the 12v plug on mine, but will eventually hard wire it as well. It makes it a little nicer Install when it’s hard wired.

If you are streaming from your phone, you need to turn up the volume on your phone all the way. That will give you max volume on the unit.

It sounds like the power connection is loose. Are you plugging in to your 12v plug, or is it hard wired?

@@DeanoOutDoors it’s hardwired to the battery and I have a fuse in between the wire and battery…
It never came on and stayed on… it’s brand new out the box

Okay, try wiggling all the wires, if they seem to all be good then I would contact Amazon if that’s where you purchased it and get an exchange. I haven’t heard of any problems with these units yet, but there’s always a chance you got a defective one. Sorry I couldn’t help you out more.
