my chemistry teacher told me when buying shoes you should get a half size bigger than your normal shoe size and put an insole in it. and when that starts to rub through the night you can take the insole out and your feet won't rub anymore. because at prom your going to be on your feet a lot so your shoes are going to rub you.

Is it healthy for your skin? I've contemplated it but in turn I don't want to cause more acne or scars by using mouthwash.
The Cat using listerine or anything minty can sting a little and some times it can cause like little dents or scars where the pimple was but it does take care of the pimple
