Maymay, did you know you can get 4 5x7's from 1 sheet of 12x12 paper? A trick I learned at a scrapbook crop. At the 7in mark, cut in 5in. Turn and repeat for the remaining 3 sides. You will end up with 4 5x7's and 1 2x2 square as "waste"

I finished my Envelope Mini BABY Album Part One this morning and was excited to see Part Two. I hope I can figure out the pocket pages and how you did them. Will also take pics to upload of my progress so far. My new grandson is due December 31st, so thought this would be a cute little album for ultrasound pics and for my daughter to take with her to hospital for little keepsakes like baby and mommy I.D. bracelets. Thought I could even do a little pull-out card to ask nursing staff for duplicate footprint... wouldn’t that be awesome!

I'm so excited to see you doing another mini-album! I wandered away from paper crafting for a little while and did some beading, but have felt the need to go back to paper crafting. I wanted my first project to be a mini album, this is perfect!
This is probably my favorite thing I have watched you do. I definitely will be making some. Can't wait for part 3.

I believe the pocket pages are just the envelope "openings" which you see in part 1 and between part 1 and 2 she just glued a piece of cardstock to the envelope side to pretty them up.. :-)

Did you decide to round the corners of the flaps to make sure they opened and closed better? I didn't see where you rounded the corners or trimmed them down. I also didn't see where you added the mats.

So LOVE this album!!! Question on the Letterboard Love stamp that you used with the Misti tool for the journaling pages - I looked in your store and it says the stamp set is 6 x 8. If that's the size of the letterboard stamp - then isn't that too big for these pocket pages which are only 5 x7? Just curious, cause I'd really like to buy the stamp set.

I'm not finding where you did the inside pockets and flaps ?
She created the flaps at the very end of part 1 by taping a piece of cardstock to the outer side of the envelope's pre-existing closure flap. And I believe the pockets are just the envelope "openings" but looks like Maymay glued a piece of cardstock to the side to pretty them up between part 1 and 2. :-)

I'm so confused when did you round the corners on the flaps passages that we added on the first part? And put design papers on the pockets. Did the videos get miss marked and we watched part one and part three?

I believe what you are asking about is the Misti stamping tool. There are two sizes, believe the mini is being used in this video. Maymay carries them in her store. :-)
@@scrappingscootergirl Yes it's the Misti stamping positioner made by "Petunia". Tim Holtz carries one too. It's a little larger and cheaper. I have both.
