    Language deprivation...
    Helluva thing to live through. I respect Miguel & his family for fighting back.
    This case has HUGE implications either way the SCOTUS decides. I hope they unanimously decide in favor of Luna Perez. No split decision, please.

    Language Deprivation is a terrible thing to waste!! I hope that the federal court will allow him to sue the school district under ADA.

    Wow. I'm flabbergasted. I remember I was never able to get an interpreter for PE until I switched school districts and then I finally got one. I HATED PE, and never liked sports. My last 3 years were so much better. Makes a HUGE difference.
