If I was that guy the first thing I'd do is tell my parents about what was going on with that poor girl, called the police and child services right away, and help her find a more suitable home.
If you were in that guy's position, you would have to also be prepared to reveal your dark secret of your unethical undoing as well. For example, anyone in that teacher's position could also be naming the unethical things you did. Once you get tricked into doing something unethical and you are the one who told your parents, call the police and child service, that person can also do the same by reporting about you being a homewrecker which will not be good if your parents hear about this. Once you report what they did, they also have a power to report what you did. Normally, a way to report anyone's unethical undoing also requires being innocent as well. That guy was also not innocent as well.

I have tried running away but came back home but my mom is a doctor and my dad travels so no one knew I only came back bc I felt guilty for leaving my dog. I was also diagnosed 2 bipolar 1 and ADHD but my mom says its all in my head when a doctor diagnosed me. so I'm distracting and ignoring my problems like being gay, by joining school club and activity's I have no friends mostly bc of sum earlier trauma, the reason I'm scared of making any. I had 1 but he blocked me and I even liked me we flirted and he was bi so I had a chance but he got a girlfriend and got busy and blocked me all together I'm still sad about that bc he's the only person I could trust...

There's thousands upon thousands of 18 year olds in high school. Infact, there's even 19 year olds in high school. You can be in high school until twenty two (at least in my school) after that you have to pay to be there.
That behavior from that teacher does explain why she was fired from her previous teaching job. So if she is continues to use her student to make her husband jealous, then the cycle of all this unethical behavior will be that same mistake on why she was fired in the 1st place. It proves after her previous mistake, she cannot change.
