Pretty sure she talks out loud more times under ruan mei's drug and possessed by heliobus. In fact its funny it happens whenever she isnt in control of what shes saying
I remember the March 7th quest and then March asked mc to say something. MC (memory) really said "something" with a voice.
It was so simple but I laughed too hard that time

I never thought about it. We hear her voice semi-frequently throughout the game so I just kinda assumed she had a lot of spoken lines for a protagonist, but almost every time she speaks it’s to herself

So it’s really a treat to see her actually talk to someone, hopefully she do this more often in the future

the lip syncing for JP seems off to me, probably because I am used to English but.. what do I know/remember anyhow
Yes, some scenes are made for certain dubs. Even the ENG subtitles for JP isn't always correct, for example, JP Seele didn't exactly said 'wah wah wah so annoying' like EN Seele did during that scene of roasting Bronya lol

Oh .. I was under the impression that non rendered scenes had some kinda lip sync technology or something
@@titan_tanker yeah the subtitles are just the script from the english dub, which was translated from chinese, so those kind of things are inevitable, even here in the first line she speaks what she says in japanese is more like "i dont remember, the only thing I'm interested in is researching toilet stories". I also think the lip syncing is from the text language, not the voice language.
its not text language, what are u guys talking about. i play in jp dub and the lip syncing matches the dub, not the sub, unlike in genshin where it is chinese dub that is being lip synced

Pretty sure she has talked way before this. Don't remember if she talked to actual people but there are a lot of voice acted inner monologues of her
