    Any tips for tricep pain when throwing, I always throw as hard as I can, I don’t throw that many curveballs as I have a good change up and knuckleball and fastball, lastly I have normal mechanics(i think) I usually only do 4 minutes of stretching before I throw thoigh

      You should do at least 15 minutes of stretch time on your arm that doesn’t mean go out and throw extremely hard that just means go out and toss the ball around four minutes is not long enough also are you using your legs as much as your upper body? Using your legs more will take a lot of pain and fatigue away from your arm my 16-year-old son who throws extremely hard was going through the same exact problem until he started using his legs more now instead of only getting two or three innings out of a game he is pitching or seven and afterwords doesn’t have much fatty pain or soreness in his throwing arm sorry it wasn’t supposed to say fatty pain it was supposed to say fatigue and pain

      Throw the ball when your on your knees during warm ups and that will improve accuracy
