Yes but you will not find real populists on the right. They will be fake populists like Trump talking like a real one but selling out to the republican establishment. And ever if a real right wing populist look existed how would he look like: climate change denier? Hating immigrants? Anti social savety net?
This still sounds horrible to me.

The polls show that the majority of Americans (including ones on the right) want Medicare for all, a living wage, ending wars, free college, etc. etc. That's what Kyle means by populists. When you actually focus on the policy, there's actually alot of common ground that exist amongst most Americans.

Yeah, and I don't even like the "left"/"leftist", "right" labels. I haven't seen them get well defined to begin with. They're too simplistic and vague. But even then, in practice everyone attributes stupid contemporary things to one side or the other. And of course, all of the worst things have to be part of *the other side* while I might be picky what's on *my side* . It also just naturally divides the society, and finding a healthy political debate seems almost impossible.

@@ericsmith116 I think it's to Kyle's point, that thinking Trump committed impeachable actions is different from being for impeachment, because of the consequences impeachment can have for the country. For one, if the impeachment doesn't follow through (which it won't because of the majority controlled senate) Trump might come out stronger. Even if it does happen, take the case of Brazil which impeached its president in 2016 and is still divided to this day. New elections have even been held since, but the country's democracy has not recovered from the aftermath. I love Kyle and I'm with Tim that at this point and under these circumstances the best way to get rid of Trump is through the ballot (and my fear is that the DNC would rather lose to Trump once again than help elect Bernie).

Colin Kaepernick was horrible. Politics aside, he was horrible. Defenses figured him out. Lost his job to Gabbert. He had a good run when he piggybacked off of Alex Smith's run. He was 1-10 in his last season. At the end of the day, to be a starting quarterback you have to be better than that and make those around you be better. He was offered a back up job and didn't take it. He is a divisive character, regardless of where you stand on the political issue, he is a divisive figure. Divisiveness is a cancer to the locker room. Colin Kaepernick was not wanted for these reasons, the politics simply aggravated the already bad circumstances.

Who the hell is that Canadian chick? &the ‘moderator’ did all he could to steer the conversation away from anything to in depth cause he knew that it’d make Tomi look bad. I think they should have more fair minded moderators that actually know how to moderate without letting their agenda/personal biases/opinions/beliefs take away from the substance of the conversation! I think it’s very clear that the only way politicon was able to get Tomi to agree to be there was by promising her that she wouldn’t get embarrassed and that the moderator wouldn’t let anything get to outta her comfort zone. What the people who don’t know anything about football aren’t aware of is there are 2nd and sometimes 3rd string QBs and even practice squad QBs too. There are 32 teams in the NFL with at least 3 QBs per team if not 4. That’s between 96-128 QBs getting paid by the NFL. So, this starter that led his team to a Super Bowl (and lost to my Ravens who were also the last team to consider taking a shot at Kap) isn’t good enough to even do any of those lower string positions?!?!?!? That’s BS and these people that say such things probably think you’re either a starter or get fired, period. I’d suggest to get informed before you open your trap

They can just say I don't want you to talk cause you a conservative or a progressive. You can't do a damn thing about it. Meanwhile if it was police or other government agencies refusing to hear you for the same reason, they'd be sacked.
Conservatives cry TH-cam is treating them unfairly, Well that is unregulated free market capitalism for you. TH-cam can just say screw you I don't like what your politics and simply de-platforms and TH-cam has every right to do that since it is a private citizen since corporations are people in this country! It's not suppression of freedom of speech if big corporations do it and that is what the right refuses to admit. They somehow blame it on lefties...
What the left wants is regulations on these big corporations so they can't suppress freedom of speech because of discrimination. The right hates regulations and blocks any attempt to regulate these huge companies, they deserve the backfire dearly.

Like which makes more sense this guy kneeling to protest what he says he’s protesting, or the thought that he secretly hates the military even though he’s been on record multiple times as saying that’s not the case.
