Dear Bristi, I enjoy seeing your posts. Your simple ways of communicating with clear instructions is what made me sit through your videos. Your recipies are perfect , procedure and proportion is so accurate.
I looked for good parwal recipies ,like the ones I had tasted when I was very young while I was staying in Patna. Its only in the past 4 to 5 years we get parwal in Bengaluru ,only in some vegetable stores. Your recipie parwal with aloo was the closest. It turned out so well.
From then on I see your videos but have tried out only few things..... Tried sattu paratha . Jamun was too good, texture is exactly like how you showed it should be.
Keep going ! You are an inspiration to many young girls from North India .

Meri friend ka beta ek baar mere yaha iss sweets ko khaya fir jab woh sab wapas gaye toh meri friend ka beta apni mummy se zid karne laga k usse wahi gulab jamun khane h toh meri friend ne usse market se mangwa kar de di toh usne pehli bite lete huye kaha mummy yeh Aunty jaisa taste nahi h… meri friend ne mujhe yeh call karke bataya toh maine usse promise ki k tum log jab bhi aaoge mai yeh tumhe jarur banakar dungi… jab humare friends,families humare khane ki taarif karte h toh bohot khushi milti h aisa lagta h itni mehnat kaam ayi!!!
