Well, of course Canada stopped him in his tracks. I don’t remember if we were fined or what happened but now I can laugh about it. I agree with Shirley in Cal. Your prices are a bit higher than Fl. Also. I’m fortunate that my neighbor gives me fresh eggs. The Haddock is about the same price. Your patio garden makes me envious, it’s too hot in Fl. This is the first summer in 22 years that he’s worked there, where Saturday’s aren’t available for O/T. I’m glad your patio garden is flourishing. The squirrels treat our backyard like a grocery store. They leave nothing for us. This morning I was watering and noticed only 3 pears left. They don’t even let them mature before they devour them. Oh well all of God’s creatures must eat I guess. Have a wonderful weekend Kevin & Michelle.
Kevin, peel your clementines leaving them whole. You can freeze them that way. When you want one just take one out of the bag and let it sit for about an hour to thaw some then they’ll be juicy, ice cold, and sweet. Really great for summer months. I freeze many of my fruits when they’re in season and even save some for winter to enjoy when I get tired of the dry air from heaters. Of course, being in Texas I don’t have to use a heater near as much as you all. Anyway, you might just try freezing one or two of your clementines just to try it out and see what you think. 🇺🇸❤️🇨🇦🙏🏼

You can go online and request a refund for the unsatisfactory item, and Walmart will refund you for that item. No questions asked! Food is too expensive to throw away. I got the last little tomato plant of the type I've been looking for.... It has only a few cherry tomatoes, I'm going to seed them all, next year, I will have MANY tomato plants.🙂

Great haul! Do you can? (New viewer). You could can the clementines ...peel, fill jar and cover with water or a simple syrup, leaving a 1/2" head space. Water bath for 10 minutes if 1000 ft or below and 15 if above.

enjoyed this video and I am appalled at the price of groceries. Like Michelle I check check for groceries that are cheaper but what we need. Did you know that you can freeze eggs?It surely has helped us when I got them on sale. I have 3 left out of 2doz.Canadian Food agency approved.I use them for baking and they are perfect every time.The only thing you can't use it for say fried eggs but perfet for scrambled eggs.Reallty comes in handy when eggs are on sale. I cannot believe the price of cottage cheese. I all but stopped buying them. Sorry that your run Kevin has been made shorter. We worry often about my Kevin loosing his and it's only 3 days a week. Makes a huge difference. We keep adding to the store so if that happens we will be ok until he finds something else. I also have paid for 3 mos in advance, a credit say, for hydro, gas, cell phones, internet and cable and rent so it will give us a bit of a reprieve if that happens. Looking forward to seeing your garden. We planted beans and don't know why they are not producing. full pot and lots of tendrils but not a bean in site. We grew potatoes in those bags that the front opens to harvest. 3 bags, one seed potatoe for .57 cents divided up and we will get a minimum of 30lbs of potatoes. Kevin is pulling the baby ones out now to eat and letting the others grow bigger. We are going to try growing garlic as it looks easy, plant in fall and leave over winter outside and garlic in spring. We will see. Thank you for the prayers and I don't think I said hi to Michelle. Hello you two love birds! I'm being nosey right now, forgive me...have you thought of checking the bacon at your Costco? Amazingly enough we found four pounds of bacon for 18.99 and also three packs of bacon for 10$ the latter was not a pound can't think what it weighed....I understand why you have to do it, but have you considered a less processed food diet? I imagine it would probably help Michelle immensely, please don't feel offended by my comment I'm not wanting to be rude just being curious as we are trying to figure out things ourselves over here in Southwestern Ontario....God bless you, I pray that somehow you are able to make up for those ten hours
