Your wok looks amazing! I have Atlantis Sauteuse, works like a charm for wok. Quick to heat up, and with the proper temperature it never sticks. Love Demeyere!
Demeyere is the best this isnt a wok so to say but there proline skillet. But its more than suitable to be used as a wok and skillet and yeah everything its so amazing quality
Yeah it really blowed my mind i never thought it would be a night n day difference i always thought my scanpans where pretty good. Well now they are just okay in comparison the heat retention and how even it heats its crazy. I really got wok results out of it with minimal clean up
@@knifesharpeningnorway yes it’s a big difference. yet scanpan is an easy recommendation I feel since it can be quite affordable, easily found for around 85€ for the 28cm fusion 5, but if one can afford a Demeyere there really is nothing that can beat it.
If you are cooking rice often I can’t recommend a rice cooker with Fizzy Logik chip enough, can be found in Zojirushi and Yumasia cookers, the latter is the more affordable one. Immaculate rice Every. Single. Time.
I bought a frying pan three days ago. Demeyere John Pawson 7 Frying Pan 28cm. The instructions say that if there are muddy spots left after washing the pan, they can be cleaned with vinegar or citric acid. I had such pale stains. I splashed vinegar on the pan, put it on a hot stove and rubbed it with a soft brush. no trace of the stains remained, the pan shines like new. Just keep your face away from the vinegar! It's as irritating as ammonia.
Haha i did not. I can say anything i want about it. Like the fiskars norden i loved thoose pans but turned out the thermium coating wore out after few months so i changed my opinion on them. I truely love the demeyere proline many many others do too.
@@AlbertKel ja du blir nok happy 😁 bare la den få god til til å blir varm først ellers setter alt seg fast. Men blir brukt hele tiden her jeg bruker aldri teflon panner.
A good looking pan for sure.
Yes sir its crazy how good it is.

Thanks for the Great content, I’m having trouble deciding between the 24 and 28 cm. If you could choose again would you go with the 28?
@@tobiastommerup1732 depends how big you need
@@tobiastommerup1732 24 is big enough for me and one more but 28 could ofc handle more food also so up to you if you need that big size
Is this the 28 cm version?
