@@Xheph brother, 3 pounds is nothing. All fighters rehydrate after weigh ins, so no one really knows the actual weight the fighters fight at. ostraine isn't for muscle growth btw, its more to avoid losing muscle when cutting.

But now I'm starting to think it's probably something more serious like bipolar disorder or something. It's like he has lost touch with reality. I hope he gets help.

If you think about it though drinking might not actually be all that bad depending on the situation, I mean if you have trouble sleeping after training which a lot of people actually do, than drinking every night might have helped him sleep better which in turn helps your body recover quicker from the training, also what’s the number one thing that keeps testosterone levels high? Sleep. I mean I’m not saying drinking is the answer for anyone I’m just saying I could see how shit maybe it actually helped him during his training leading up to the fight.
