Australians don't have human rights. There no nation humans rights bill. The Australian federal government despite being asked and having it requested to create a national bill of rights to actually protect us from the government, by individuals and the Australian and international humans rights councils has been refused by every government who has obtained "power" since human rights became a thing. 2 perhaps 3 states in Australia have rights bills, however the majority of these rights are superseded or contradicted by other laws that have been created rendering them almost useless and pointless. As an Australian you have no rights, not even the right to exist.
You have 4 acceptable options as an Australian to be able exist.
      1. You leave to a more humane and moral country.
      2. You are disabled, to which you'll be mostly disregarded and forced to live a crap mentally torturous life. Because the government sees you as an expense not as a human being. Help will be exceptionally limited and controlled.
      3. You obtain personal and increase national debt by further education, for which you'll eventually have no choice but to then take the last option.
      4. Obtain mass personal debt and become a worker endlessly struggling to survive in a deliberately created and enforced unstable central banking system.
No matter what, you're endlessly screwed.

I do however think that all these brilliant people have been aware of a suspicious operation dictated from above and chose to collaborate. I do hold them responsible for that. It's disgusting how elderly in nursing homes were treated. I experienced this first hand as my mom's primary caregiver, I did her bathing weekly, otherwise I could not see her unless I produced a covid vaccine card. I had to fight to be able to give her basic care & visits with her. I was able to give her which would be her last bath & told I couldn't have a visit or have our tea & snacks ( she looked forward to that immensely) so after her bath, we did visit, had our tea & snacks regardless, I told them to just leave us alone, they did. My heart was sad as I knew I wouldn't get back in without a fight. I didn't know that would be our last visit, she died 5 days later 😢 As a recently retired nurse, it's a horrible feeling to have witnessed this.I followed up for months after involving the head of nursing home & our health authority, not sure how much it helped but my feelings of nursing homes is sickening & the thoughts of putting a loved one in one is negative. It's a crime of what elderly/families went through with this "covid handling "

100% agree with Scotland. I'm a RN in Minnesota, US. I watched many elderly people become prisoners in long term care facilities. They were isolated from staff and family. I watched their cognitive condition decline drastically( especially ones with some dementia). They barely ate food as it was put in their room and left there with no one to encourthem to eat. Their physical condition drastically declined with the isolation. Then they died alone, prematurely, I believe. It made me weep. What an atrocity. While the government officials claimed they were protecting these people from covid. I have come to say these poor souls died FROM covid, not WITH covid. (P.S. many of these elderly prisoners got covid anyway and survived the disease with no ill effects...) An utter, complete, atrocity.

I cherish every day and I check up on him daily by text, face-to-face or go out on day trip out to Norfolk, etc. Your parents are irreplaceable. I got the Care home to bend the rules and they sneaked me in to see my Dad, who was in an old Victorian home was a bland bedroom with just a TV. I have now secured Dad a charity bungalow for seafarers, who have bend over backwards for us. Even placing brand new carpets, offering new white goods and installing a concrete ramp. I offered to fundraise for the charity and they even said no but to spend the money on my Dad! How nice. BUT IT SHOULDN'T BE THE CHARITIES STEPPING IN TO HELP OUR ELDERLY & FAIL SHOULD IT JUST BECOS ADULT SOCIAL SERVICES CLOSE CASES TOO SOON AND DON'T CARE.

People are easily manipulated when they feel like they're loved ones could be harmed & the media employs highly emotionally manipulative language to scare them. The very one sided coverage removed any opposing views swiftly & demonised anyone who openly questioned what was happening, which scared a lit of people into complying.

The list could continue but let me tell you, the saddest thing is that I haven’t ever heard such an amount of people calling other people that havent done nothing wrong, irresponsible, monsters, criminals, assassins, inhuman etc…and asking health authorities to not offer health attention to us in hospitals or doctors private offices if we need it……. Now, what could that be called? Even worst: My daughter and I went to buy food distant from our house because our kitchen burned thatnks to fluctuations in the electricity and business owners and workers said No to us because we were not prevented. We walked and walked looking for food and finally someone said yes but we were left outside of the restaurant scorching under the sun. We receive the food there, pay through the phone and went back home with a very heavy heart. We were insulted, unattended on health facilities, food deprived, my son and daughter lost their jobs, their credit, our rightS were abused in many, many ways when there is nothing, but nothing above Natural and inalienable Rights under the sun and people still think that the way of acting of some doctors ( too many) is not that bad, that they should still ignore those that were victims of such abuses and just keep going as if nothing had happened and IS STILL HAPPENING. Courts are receiving hundreds of thousands of cases, even the International Court of Justice in The Hague that prosecutes those accused of war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide. This has not been a small bad situation, this has been and still is something voluntarily pushed by people that decided to advance a program that they thought that should be *imposed to the world. Something related to private interests and not for the good of all. Of course Justice to those abused should be served.

Thanks for raising the issue of human rights:
My mum was over-sedated in hospital and despite ringing and asking the specialist to reduce the dose as it was obviously excessive (a small dose put her to sleep for 2 days) they refused.
This led to her death when they increased the dose by 10x.
N.B. Specialist refused to talk to me... so it appears that the concerns were never accurately conveyed.
No government department, the hospital or my MP would intervene to help.
Once you allow rights in one area to be eroded it makes it easier for rights in another area to be eroded... and harder to seek any justice when errors are made.

He recovered with loss of hearing in one ear, now needs glasses to read and can only walk about 200 metres before stopping to rest, he’s only got 30% kidney function and had had 3 stents in. I made a full recovery before the vaccine was available October 2019 yet I was virtually forced to have the vaccine 3 jabs no more, not had covid since. The rules were draconian and unnecessary.
