    I use mine as a carryon luggage! Been using it for over 6 years now. It’s amazing.

    Nice, I just bought two of these. I'm a travelling aircraft mechanic and checked baggage allowance is getting lighter and lighter. I will have to retire my UK cases as they were 20 lbs empty.

      Let me know how you like yours! I'd love to hear from the perspective of someone who travels quite frequently and deal with the weight restrictions. Have you considered any of the Pelican air cases?

      I knew I had to when I couldn’t find too many videos on the Nanuk 935 when I was considering the purchase! Hope it helped. I’ll be posting a video on packing the case soon with my cameras and lenses to show how much can fit into it!

    Hi Alex. Thanks for the video, I gave it a thumbs up. B&H is currently having a sale on this case for $127 without any dividers. I'm highly tempted now haha!

      Hey Casey! Thanks so much for the support and love! It's crazy how much they'll get discounted randomly! If you got any questions about the case, feel free to ask right here!

      @@itsalexoh Hi Alex! Thank you! I just received the case today! So far so good. Case seems very well made. Wheels are smooth. I like the 2 stage handle, very nice! When I open the case, it has a funky plastic chemical smell, haha! Hopefully it will go away soon. I got the case without dividers so it was cheaper. I normally use lots of smaller cases and pouches for each item hence I don't really need dividers but more space.

      @@caseyonlocation8257 I'm glad you're able to take advantage of the savings you get from not having to need the padded dividers!
      Mine came with a "factory" smell too, but I didn't find it too bad. It definitely went away after some time for me!

      I've been absolutely loving mine! I do notice the 935 feels a little smaller than the 1510, but the finish and build of the 935 is much nicer in my opinion.
      With that said, the 935 is great size to start out with, but if you have a lot of gear and accessories you need to carry in one case, I'd definitely consider going up a size or two!

    Hi dude! Would this fit lightstands somehow? Like are there any lightstand that u have that fit? Or even tripods

    • @itsalexoh
      @itsalexoh  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey there! None of the light stands I have would fit, but if you have the mini light stands that fold down to like 16", those should fit into the case! The interior dimensions of the Nanuk 935 are 20.5 × 11.3 × 7.5” (LxWxH)

    • @user-dh5fp4gw1b
      @user-dh5fp4gw1b 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@itsalexoh dude that helps so much! Do you think i could fit like 3 of those stacket on top of each other, 2 medium small lights (like the new aputure 100d’s) and a a7iii body+a few lenses? Thats kinda where im going for

    • @itsalexoh
      @itsalexoh  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@user-dh5fp4gw1b oh man, that might be too much for the 935. once you add in padded dividers, it’ll start to eat up your space!
      I’m editing my follow up video right now but I was able to fit my Canon C100, it’s top handle and charger, my backup Canon 5dmk3, 3 full frame lenses, and my external monitor.
      I don’t have any experience with the new 100d’s, so I can’t give you a clear answer. BUT I will say the 935 feels a little shallow with the padded dividers.
      If I were you, I’d look into the Nanuk 938 with 11.6” interior depth or the Pelican 1610 with 10.6” interior depth, which will be enough to put your lights pointing into the case based on the specs I’m seeing for it online, which is 8.15x6.06x8.34 with the mounting column attached.
      Do keep in mind, however, that you will lose the ability to carry it on to airplane cabins with you!
      Hope this helps!

      @@itsalexoh thats amazing help damn!! I also saw the nanuk 955, i think thats a little longer but less deep? Also do you have an idea how i could store 2 lightstand and 1 normal tripod for transport? I dont have a car so id love to keep it compact

    • @itsalexoh
      @itsalexoh  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@user-dh5fp4gw1b in my opinion, I think it’d be better to wear the tripod as many of them come with a bag with a shoulder strap.
      Alternatively, you could get a 2nd case that’s made for light stands and tripods that are a lot longer and not as wide!
      For a much more budget friendly option, I would look for a nylon bag to fit your tripod and light stands!
