I love watching you demo an area, it looks like fun. Just an FYI, that's vinyl under the ceramic tile, not linoleum. And I hate when people get lazy and layer one flooring on top of another. A condo I remodeled had 3 types of flooring in the bathroom, including indoor-outdoor carpet!

Kelsey, I know it may not be in the budget for this project. I would love to see you expand the shower and position the tub parallel under the window. This would require a smaller vanity then you have now.

Thanks! I will probably pull up the flooring. I just left it for now to protect the wood subfloor from water while we’re still showering in there until I put the new floors in.
OK ...I know there's probably a method to your madness; but surprised/confused why you patched drywall last week when you still have more to do. Wondering why you didn't just wait and do all the drywall at the same time? Yes...that floor was a tough job & messy, but soon the good stuff begins!

I definitely considered that option. I’ve been rethinking the whole shower situation and I think I might have a plan. Stay tuned!

LOL! Having done tile removal ore times than I care to have done, I always try so hard in the beginning to save the drywall. Never works.

Really the only reason is I HATE doing drywall. And I guess I just wanted to break it up so it wasn’t so much at once.
