The attorney _is_ too expensive! But he/she will prevent you from losing 10, 20, 100 times what you may lose if you don't allow a lawyer to fight your legal battle for you.

I am a disabled military veteran, I have 2 metal plates in my head and I am ashamed to ask for military discounts because there are a lot of veterans that never came home or came home a lot worse off than I am, thank you for what you do and a very entertaining you tube channel, 31 years ago I drove a wrecker for 6 months, I never saw what you have to deal with thank god.

A lawyer who: - Lived to be 70+ but somehow thinks tow companies bring the car back when you park illegally? - Has earned above average his entire life but can't afford being towed when he parked illegally? - Supposed to know contract law and the importance of signage, but didn't see or check for signs when he parked illegally? - Lets his partner (who clearly doesn't have English as her first language) ARGUE on his behalf even though he's supposedly a LAWYER?!

I'm surprised that an attorney cannot use his skills to read and to evaluate the signage of the lot he illegally parked in and determine he should not park there. In general, attorneys are held to a higher standard in both knowledge of the law and in ethics both in and out of the courtroom. The comment by the wife about how "easy" the towing work is (with the implication that the illegal parking towing fee should be lower) just goes to show what little she knows. I think Jeff did an admirable job of remaining professionally firm (not salty) in this exchange with the illegal parkers.

At some point you should have just told the attorney and his wife that you had other work to do and all the pertinent information was given to you and your issues are with the people that called you in. All you do is tow the vehicle.

I worked 33 years for attorneys and I can tell you that not a single one ever acted in the manner you describe. Not one! What they did do is zealously defend each and every client (as attorneys should) and with utmost professionalism. Just because you have had a bad experience with attorneys, doesn't mean you get to lump all of them into one category. Everyone hates attorneys until they need one, right?
It's nice to see towing company not robbing people. Whenever I got towed in NJ they would break open the glove compartment and trunk and steal everything they could. They did that every time.

Love your videos. My brother was married in a beautiful place in Gatlinburg. They lost that chapel in that big fire. That was a stellar week though. We even went to Dolly Wood. I live in Cali just about 2 hours from Yosemite National Park. Man, do we ever have a beautiful country!!!!!

Unless it's some big emergency then it's up to the owner of the company to open the lot or not. You and Christy keep doing a great job and be safe out there I used to drive tow trucks 40 years ago. He is attorney and of course he would not charge for 15 minutes. Attorneys do not do that, they round up and charge you for a full Hour. Sometimes off office hour(s) fees included. His (depending area) rates are probably $300-$500 per hour.

I was on vacation with my attorney nephew in Vegas. He had a guy call him who had a CDL license who got a DUI and needed representation. I swear to God I almost choked when he quoted him a price. $5,000. The guy said I will meet you at the courthouse with cash. My nephew hung up and said just got my vacation money back. I can't imagine how much money he makes. He paid for our entire road trip and Vegas vacation.
