Pretty proud of my boy in that 78-81 Camaro Z that pulled out and got rubber in 2nd. I had one in 2001, 1,300 orig miles on it, completely stock. It was a nice car, but needed about 300+more hp, so i added some goodies. Needless to say it looked completely stock(plain brown paint) but she would rock n roll for sure. 💖😎👌

Really no need for that many police to be there...just one visible car would have had the same affect. But instead...the police having to show...who's in charge...and make a few bucks for the city gangsters...decide to hide and ambush folks having a good time. Just sayin...could have just stationed a marked car right there across the street from where the cars were entering the main road. I get wanting people to drive safely, God knows there are enough idiots on the road (most of them driving SUVs and family sedans with their cell phones glued to their ears), but what kind of douchbag cop sits outside a car show? We all get pretty "testosteroned-up" at these shows. People expect you to make a lot of noise when you leave. I've got an 800hp Z06 and everywhere I go, show or not, people want me to race or rev it up. The guy in the Camaro wasn't doing much. If he was doing burnouts or donuts fine, but that was just sad and makes the local police look bad. Just my two pennies.

For everyone who is mad that cops are taking a leak all over your fun parade; there was a time when they didn't patrol around the meet-and-greets this aggressively. When they didn't cars were jumping medians, crashing into crowds, eating lunchboxes, hitting other cards, and creating tons of youtube videos for us to laugh at. Due to the amount of horrible press (and amount of laughs on youtube) events have cracked down on people being jackwagons. In other words; the cops are there because the events are requesting it + easy revenue. SO...only ourselves to blame.
