Casablanca Utopian Ceiling Fan

Casablanca Utopian 40" (42" with wood blades) ceiling fan in snow white, new (possibly factory refurbished) in the box. Here it is shown first with 16" B821 Weathered Pine ABS All-Weather blades as would be used outdoors, and then with 17" B419 Matte Snow White wood blades. I demonstrated both given the slight variation between the two. I've wanted a Utopian in any finish since I first saw the model, there's something about it that I really love. I wasn't sure how much I liked the finish of the ABS blades until they were on the fan, then I had to admit they looked nice with the white motor. Not a K55/XLP motor model, but it's really powerful for what it is. I believe this to be a factory renewed model because this is the oldest version of the model with the cast switch housing, but the box shows a newer fan on it. Unfortunately the seller did not specify whether it was actually new or refurbished.
