With the horn section, your sax and the addition of Andrea, there is nothing in the world of big band music to compare. Her voice is her instrument as surely as her trumpet or sax. Everything she sings or plays becomes an outlet for the tone filled soul that swells inside her. Bravo, hooray and most certainly, it's magic.
Andrea is just grand and the band is marvellous too. Andrea has so much feeling for this serious song, she is so young, where do her tender feelings arise from?

I'd like to give a shout out to my favorite composer, the genius Jule Styne and his fellow genius lyricist Sammy Cahn. People like this who make music possible for all of us need to be recognized for what they do. ASCAP's motto is "It all starts with a song." There is a lot of truth there. Jule's brother Maurie who ran the Professional Drum Shop across Vine St. from Local 47 for years was an icon in himself. Jule Styne: look up his list of "magical" songs, you will be amazed, incredible and memorable melodies.
Hola, antes de nada quiero decir que me encanta esta canción y vuestra interpretación ha sido sublime. Toco la trompeta desde hace 7 años (tengo 16) y hace cosa de dos años empecé a interesarme por el jazz, pero sobretodo de la improvisación, me fascina, el problema es que he estudiado en un conservatorio en el que hacen como si no lo conociesen. Respecto a esto hace poco más de un año me compre un libro de introducción al jazz para empezar por mi cuenta, pero no lo acabe porque estaba en inglés y, aunque no se me da nada mal, había muchas palabras técnicas que el traductor no podia traducir. Después de ver muchos de vuestros videos ( sobretodo el de la pequeña gran trompetista ) me preguntaba si sois una escuela y en ese caso como contactar con vosotros. Muchas grácias.
