    thanks for this. I would love to see some advice on whether the golden ratios and spirals can be translated at all into the 4:5 or 1:1 formats? I think they were developed for 2:3 images but can they work if using instagram? thanks!!

    Nice video! One major problem though is the sound. Music is very very loud compared to your voice, so please do something about it when you edit the clips.
