It does 1 damage but it has a .5% chance to instant kill the enemy so if he has 20 pebbles it’s a 10% chance to kill the enemy(also I love suffering)

it depends on how its coded but the chance of killing an enemy with 20 pebbles with a 0.5% chance is 1-(1-0.005)^20 = around 0.1, 10%
