Clown main here: “If your getting hit because of haste, you’re playing clown wrong” I agree. The idea is always use a yellow followed by a pink. However, there are Clowns that are a fan of yellow bottles only and know what they are doing, which is an okay play style in my opinion. Solid interview so far!
really? for the most part people play around purple bottles, not yellow ones since they are trickier to use (the delay, plus the fact that they buff survivors, plus the fact that they consume tokens too). It's the better clowns who include the yellow ones in their setups.
If you want to pump the brakes against new players, two-hook everyone then afk in the basement. i do that. you don't go easy on them, but once everyone is on deathook the match is over basically. They may realize what your are doing, or they may get cocky and think you ragequitted, it doesn't matter. You get your points, you know what's going on, and they don't die instantly. Otherwise they either die too easily and don't get any points, or the game goes on for way too long and i feel like a babysitter. i'm sure some may disagree, but hey, it's a functional way.
"If you were getting hits from the haze effect you were playing clown wrong" huh? how does that make any sense? are you the creator and programmer of the clown.. or just an omniscient, omnipotent, infallible god of dbd?
I am just some dude on the internet Clowns haze effect only really did anything on 2 kind of players new players and those that suffered from motion sickness relying on the haze to get you hits is at best a bad play and at worst insensitive to those with motion sickness issues
@thefakebanette3483 It may have been unfair to certain players, but the haze was intended to make them confused and easy to hit. That was only way to play clown. Maybe you could've only used the yellow bottles, but I think that would be the wrong way to play clown.
Clown main here: Throwing yellow bottles is not the wrong way to play Clown. The yellows are there to combine it with pink and to catch up after hitting someone. If you heavily focus on pink, yes you can get hits and it's a playstyle for him but on some loops, you need to combine the pink with the yellow in order to catch them before they make it to the pallet. Also, there are some players within the P100 Clown community that LOVES to use yellows over pink, which is a an optional way to play clown. As for the haze goes: It only confused new players and make some players sick at the same time. Was it unfair? Of course! No one wanted to have their screen blurry and bump into an object as a result. However, I feel like pro players with thousands of hours barely got bothered by the effect since they would know the map layout, what to do under the haze effect and ect.
@supsmashbrostv i said only yellow is wrong. Of course you are supposed to throw both lol. PS: I was just a bit tilted by the suggestion that getting a hit on an intoxicated survivor meant I did something wrong. I can't be accountable for their mistakes or skill level.
Thank you very much for having me. It was an absolute joy 😊
Anytime and hey any major changes happen would love to have you on again
As a stealthy survivor I hate the doctor. But this guy seems so cool and he can shock me any day. Loved the discussions.
Herman is stupidly chill! You should check out his streams some times :).
@@supsmashbrostv I do enjoy his streams. I'm usually lurking though. Very chill guy indeed. ❤️
Plague is also a favorite of mine. Perhaps a correlation between love for Doctor and Plague?

I was talking about the blur/ haze effect to be clear but I see your point regardless
