I am from Kyrgyzstan, a republic of the former Soviet Union. My wife and I recently visited Vietnam. This song greeted us when the Vietjet plane landed. I loved the incredible people of Vietnam - they are the most polite, hospitable, beautiful and hardworking people. Amazing nature, clear water, stunning mountains, unique architecture - all this is deeply imprinted in my heart. The country is developing very quickly, which sincerely pleased me. No wonder the tiger defeated the elephant. Thank you, Vietnam.

But most of all we liked the people. The Vietnamese are very honest, polite and tactful people. We also liked that even in poor neighborhoods the locals keep things clean and tidy. My wife asked me how such nice people could win a brutal war with the most powerful country. I answered that the true nature of a person is revealed in difficulties.
