CEL is a P0171 and sometimes a P0172, we already scanned it. We are using a map from our other 8TH Gen SI which at the time it had Invidia headers and stock cat-back so this map is now on this car which has Alpha Skunk2 Header and 2.75" Invidia Catback. It just needs a small calibration. The current map used on that race is a custom dynoed E-30 blend.

Damn lol your obviously a better driver than the mustang . If the mustang swapped drivers with a more skilled driver the outcome may be different! Too bad you didnt have rwd like the S2000 you woulda been able to handle the corners wayyy better ! And with the S2000 you dont lose lots of speed and momentum like you did in the corners with this car ....... I own an Ap1 😉 so I know 😎 sounds like you need tires with more grip ..the best tires I have found for my S20000 are Bridgestone Potenza pretty much street legal slicks

I'm young and i have got really good driving skills for my age, so to have to change drivers on the mustang.....🤨. I'm on falken 615's there not the best 200tw but they do the job. I have ran re71-rs on a previous car (Toyota GR86) i have gotten my best times. And in terms of the s2000's there fast but not that fast either. recently with this civic (slowest one) i have been getting better times than the s2000's. But the bad thing about this track is the low speed corners and these cars don't have much torque at low rpm. But on my old gr86 i would carry more speed than almost every car that would show up. Both the civics' and RS3 don't compete with the gr86's speed in corners.

What kinda engine and transmission oil did you use for this track day?

^^^Amsoil synthetic. Second gear syncro is a bit worn and it manifest specially if you try to do a 1-2 shift above 8000 rpms. Car has 234k miles right now.

At least it has front LSD. We have taken our RWD and AWD car both with LSDs and boths cars also squeal tires. No matter what traction you have and what tires you are going to have similar results. My buddy brings his newer M4 Xdrive and his car is all over the place even with 200TW tires, AWD with a 60/40 bias and rear LSD (on top of the already AWD). A lot of people just built 8th Gen SI for show, many built 8th gen SI on youtube with big turbot and good for 3rd gear pulls on the HWY. Lots of other 8th Gen SI with wide wheels and tires. We always built ours cars for streatability and functionality. This car is driven every day , has A/C and does not rub the tires on the wheel wheel. It doesn't bounce like most people on cheap ebay springs or cheap coilovers. Trust me, we build ours cars for 100% functionality (enjoyable on the street and the track). We just change the tires/wheels and brake pads at home (15 minutes). Also, this track is a Go-kart track although is use as a small 1400yard road course. The turns are very tight. We have taken the 8th Gen SI to Inde motorsports and atessa(podium club) with big turns and there is no squealing because the turns are not that tight.

@@rs3tuber425I agree with this. All cars will squeal when you put this much load on them. My E46 M3 has 315’s on the rear and it helps a lot to reduce the tendency to oversteer. But they’ll still squeal if you go into a corner too fast.
