One correction. Cassie's first single was actually produced by Ryan Leslie, an extremely talented musician - her then boyfriend. Diddy stole her (now quite literally abducted), and blackballed Leslie from the industry. This man doesn't have skeletons in his closet. His closet is made of skeletons.
When she signed with Diddy, he remastered her and Ryan’s single and made some edits and reintroduced the song. The song you actually know, along with the associated video was produced by bad boys. Business 🤷🏾♀️
I understand that Bad Boy and Combs would have taken R Les' original composition, remixed, and mastered it serving as producers and executive producers. Facts. I had a dream about him offering me a contract but I did not sign it.
In the dream, I was in this warehouse shop and this newly homeless older man came up to me asking for help. I referred him to the caucasian employee working there. She led me to this door of the backroom that only had two directions behind it--left or right. I made a right turn and opened another door a couple feet down. Inside were a few benches that look like the ones in a cafeteria. Hilary Duff and some woman of color with a short haircut sat before me. I started speaking with them. Then I looked a little further down to my right and there was P. Diddy and Fonzworth Bentley. He was talking business to them.
I walked over to Diddy and told him that his father was looking for him. The man is recently homeless and is in need of assistance. He put on a fake face, pretending to care. Next, he went into a glass room which was right behind the benches and right before me. I could see him talking seriously to Hillary and everyone else in that glass room but I could not hear what he was saying. Moments later, they walked out the glass room and immediately out of the office. I watched the door close shut behind them as they left. The moment I turned back around, Fonzworth (his old umbrella holder) presented a contract to me and a pen for me to sign it. Diddy stood beside him but one step behind him with a mean and serous face, just looking at me. Their faces were scary and I was scared. They made it seem as if I had no other choice but to sign the contract.
I, at first, thought the door was locked because of the way it shut after the other people left. But I turned the nob and opened it anyway and walked out of there. I didn't even look at the words written in the contract. Interestingly, the night I had that dream, I was not even thinking about P. Diddy, Hillary, or Fonzworth. But I had been praying to God about my breakthrough in the industry as an entertainer.

As a teenager, I was hospitalized for pneumonia and spent two weeks in the hospital. What stands out the most in my memory is the stabbing pain in my back every time I took a breath and the extreme lack of energy. Statute of limitations, burden of proof, fund available to her to pursue legal action that could be dragged out for years...im actually glad that victims of the type of abuse she experienced have this avenue to receive restitution. Ok so around the time I was pursuing my music career which was the mid 2000's,I had auditioned for making the band and that whole process. I've have been telling people for years about this guy and what he did to me. I hope people will finally listen. To this day I do not regret my decision. I still make music independently and though I miss the stage,I have no regrets.
