Otherwise, for example, Gold Cert Farming, let Vifer scam your account away
Well Uncle is blessed with RNG.
Basically, one should ask Vifer if they want to get anyone but the one on the banner, and Kukki if they want to get the rate up operator. In other words, if you can't get the operator you are aiming for while the banner is up, you should ask Vifer for help after the banner has ended (but I don't think you should try this for limited operators).
