honestly, I tend to have more luck pulling for a 6* then a 5*. I remember pulling for Hoederer twice before even getting Vendela.
this was my experience with Santalla. 110 pulls for white cat...
I don't care about Vendela and i got her 4 times before Hoederer, true gacha hell.
Back when Surtr first arrived in Global server I got her in the first 10 pull, but after 120 pull I still don't have April which is only the rated up 5 star on the banner.

I have pulled 110 rolls with 3 off banners 2 of them are new. one the is Fartooth in fact. and enough Kafka that if I were to didn't have any Kafka at all, now I have a full pot one. I just got that Vendela in last pulls and there is no sign of Hoederer

This is actually happened to me too on Fartooth banner before. I'm a collector so I pull every single new banner arrived. In Fartooth banner I actually wasted 200 pulls for getting 1 Ashlock. And you know what? The next banner I get Ashlock on the 1st 10 pulls. At that moment I really want to retired for my own sanity.
I had a hard time pulling for Vendela, with 96 pulls I got 4 Hoederers, 4 offrate *6, 8 *5 (3 of them were Kafka), and finally a Vendela.
Imagine complaining when you get 8 6*s with 96 pulls ☠️

Try to have at least 150 pulls ready for when that comes out. Virtuosa is also going to be pretty valuable for a new player but yeah Degenbrecher will carry you.
Ray is also really good but harder to use.
