this performance just goes to show how much kyu has listened to this song. you can tell that he’s gone over it so many times by all the pauses and slight breaths he makes. you can tell he’s gone over it so many times just by the fact that he (at certain parts) sounds *just* like jonghyun did in his own version. you can tell he put his all into this. he wanted to make jonghyun proud and i’m positive he succeeded. this song obviously means something to him, and he recreated it so well. he absolutely mastered this.

i'm tearing up again after watching this video. Been years since Jonghyun passed, but his soul and music still lives on today. I definitely know that Kyuhyun and Jonghyun were especially close, so for him to sing this song in dedication was truly amazing. It's such a hard song to sing without crying. So for him to sing this without crying is honorable, and you can tell he was able to stop himself from crying since you can hear the shaking in his voice but didn't crack.

this performance just goes to show how much kyu has listened to this song. you can tell that he’s gone over it so many times by all the pauses and slight breaths he makes. you can tell he’s gone over it so many times just by the fact that he (at certain parts) sounds *just* like jonghyun did in his own version. you can tell he put his all into this. he wanted to make jonghyun proud and i’m positive he succeeded. this song obviously means something to him, and he recreated it so well. he absolutely mastered this.
his last stage in KOMS has always been phenomenal, back then he sang Wild Flower after taking off the mask, and now he delivered such a wonderful tribute. haven't seen such a sorrowful performance in a while, damn i have goosebumps everytime i listen to this..

I don’t know who Jonghyun is so I googled him. So sad. After learning about Jonghyun, I listened to this performance again, and tears just fell. Jonghyun heard your singing Kyuhyun, and you made him very happy for sure 🙏🏻💐 I wish there is a pill I could buy at Walmart to make me speak Korean right away. Kyuhyun’s singing is the reason why I want to learn more about K-pop.

It's not even surprising since it's Kyuhyun. Powerful voice. As for the emotions, it would have been more impactful if you saw his face expressions too. But that's the show and still, the message was there.

i'm tearing up again after watching this video. Been years since Jonghyun passed, but his soul and music still lives on today. I definitely know that Kyuhyun and Jonghyun were especially close, so for him to sing this song in dedication was truly amazing. It's such a hard song to sing without crying. So for him to sing this without crying is honorable, and you can tell he was able to stop himself from crying since you can hear the shaking in his voice but didn't crack.
