Why hang fish carcasses off the side of the boat if you're trying to avoid the taxman?

I have fished that bridge. Losing a hooked tarpon to a shark is not a good feeling and unfortunately it happens too often.

yah super lame to fish the passes where the sharks are conditioned to eat hooked tarpon

Looks like the palalo worm hatch to me

There is a great hatch there but that wasn't happening during this filming
