You should drive both the car in the same speed. Why the stock suspension thar driving at low speed n the ARC suspension driving at high speed? If you drive the stock suspension at that same speed you'll see almost same performance.

These people are running the car faster which has arc suspension and they drove the car slowly with stock suspension that's why the stock car was giving more bumps so why don't they drive stck car at same speed as that of arc suspension car.

Wouldn't you get the same result by just switching the company shocks with a softer pair and throwing a pair of heavy bags in the back seats to settle the leaf springs?
If that were true, truck would've made the best for comfort.
Equilibrium of the vehicle can not be stabilised by adding forces, strength capacity should be versatile and show support comfort in all weight,road conditions. And on all speeds.
Also the kmpl will go down, so it may do more harm than good.
Composites will perform way better even when compared to a metal leaf spring vehicle with added load.

These are not soft suspenions sir, these are well calibrated to provide optimum comfort and stability.
I know this not relevant question .. but is there any improvement in mileage ?
Indirect behavioural aspect may cause improve the average.
Suppose your commute is on bad roads and excessive braking is observed due to discomfort. By installing good suspensions, comfort and stability will render the driver brake less. Reduced Braking will indirectly cause the momentum to be not wasted.
Cornering will be better, Increased stability while cornering will feel effortless hence reduced braking.
Also good suspensions increase Tyre grip, increased grip = less drag. Less fuel wasted.
Suspensions can play a vital role in all parts of the vehicle as the jerks absorbed by the suspension reduce the resonance and play in the parts, which may otherwise cause cabin sounds and play in moving parts if suspensions are not optimally designed and tuned.

Slow speed m bhi test karna chahiye tha.pehle wali thar slow speed m thi. Dono car ko same speed m test Karte to kuch satisfaction hota. Slow speed m he Scorpio aur ye wali thar jyada body roll karti h.
My bad sir, actually driving gets fun in our ARC Fitted vehicle. There is articulation for sure, this was a completely random and non planned video.

What about maintenance cost of this suspension?
No recambering needed for the leaf springs, shock absorbers are more durable than OEM parts, and anti roll bar once installed. No maintenance.

You can't possibly drive in speed without incurring injuries in stock condition.

You should drive both the car in the same speed. Why the stock suspension thar driving at low speed n the ARC suspension driving at high speed? If you drive the stock suspension at that same speed you'll see almost same performance.

Simply put, you can't physically drive the stock vehicle without pain. With ARC it is easy.

Sir you can get better performance in thar di because
Thar crde has leaf spring and shock absorber combo at the rear and coil spring and shock absorber at the front.
We only manufacture composite leaf springs and not the coil springs.
For Thar di we manufacture the whole set.
4 leaf springs, 4 shock absorbers and antiroll bar. Making the vehicle drive completely stable while making it comfortable even on bad roads
We will definitely try and get two Thar Di whenever possible for testing.

The side the stock suspension thar looks like it has a got more deeper gashes in the track atleast it looks like that. The vehicles should have been switched on the track just for proper transperency. And thanks for listening and responding to random feedback..

These people are running the car faster which has arc suspension and they drove the car slowly with stock suspension that's why the stock car was giving more bumps so why don't they drive stck car at same speed as that of arc suspension car.
Do you even understand the concept?

Are they any, Lift Kits For New Mahindra Thar 2020-21, what are the options to just have some lift to be more apt on Rought, rocky terrains. Especially any solution for Raditor is placed quite low, for a 4x4 Thar. It could easily get damaged. And I believe Thar cannot be imagined to be pampered like other cars because on its terrains it's one among the kings.
