    So ultimately as per the available 100% information d vitamin is available in more options to non veg people. For vegetarians only mushrooms grown o in sunshine; & exclusive sunshine but containing very less % of approx. 10% only d contained & r the only options .that is why they would b given cod liver oil instead of eating cod fish.
