    That's why I can't do small trench work anymore. My belly gets in the way. Great job guys

    Very nice work. It looks like that you also had a little bit of trouble with the Kubota tractor.

      Hi Bill, the tractor doesn’t straddle a trench as good as the mini. I learned it’s better to back fill before I run up to put the sidewalk back. Plus Dawn and Nick thought it was hilarious to throw that in there. Thank you for your compliment. Tom

      @@tyelandscapinganddrainage I know that they don't. At least nothing happened to it. That would not be a great thing for it to tip over.

      You’re 100% right on that. This job came out very good. Hopefully Dawn can get the rest of the editing done soon. Thanks again for watching Bill

    What an interesting project -- I can't wait to see the completed yard! BTW, is that the shovel attachment you made for the mini-digger? It really worked great... I can't imagine having to dig that by hand! **shivers**

      Hi Donna, We needed a wider trench because it was so deep and we would have to work in it. The bucket I made is only 6 inches wide and would not be comfortable to work in. I'm trying not to bug Dawn. I can't wait to see the next video too. Thanks again Donna, Tom

    Wow...that's a big job, great work! Roughly, how much did that job cost? I too have almost the exact same scenario. Thanks, Mike

    Are you guys putting check valves anywhere in case the sewer system backs up?

    • @tyelandscapinganddrainage
      @tyelandscapinganddrainage  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      We may have a difference in the terms we use around here. This is storm sewer, not sanitary sewer. There are street catch basins lower than this property where the water could exit if the storm sewer were to back up. Plus, the town engineers did not ask for a back flow valve. Only a cleanout. Once again, we did not tie into the sewage system. We tied into the storm sewer pipe that runs between 2 city catch basins in the street.

    would these green pvc pipes freeze during the deep winters.

      George, We don’t normally get a deep freeze in our area of New Jersey. I’ve never had a problem. I hope I answered your question.

    I’m surprised a 4” pipe will be able to keep up.

      Hi Tony. This system has been in and working great for almost two years. Have a great day
