Mam' I think , being cheated is a Noun form. So, in this context being is not a continuous form,
She is afraid of being cheated.
വഞ്ചിക്കപ്പെടുന്നത് അവൾ ഭയപ്പെടുന്നു.
വഞ്ചിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതിനെ അവൾ ഭയപ്പെടുന്നു..
വഞ്ചിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതിൽ അവൾ ഭയമുള്ളവളാണ്.
