Hi, what’s the square meter of the house or the project area?
It’s on an area size of 62 feet x 34 feet.
62 feet = 62 x 0.3048 = 18.91 meters
34 feet = 34 x 0.3048 = 10.37 meters
Now, multiplying the two dimensions:
18.91 meters x 10.37 meters = 195.27 square meters
So, 62 feet by 34 feet is approximately equal to 195.27 square meters.

How many types of iron rods did you used and quantities
I have all the types,number and total cost of the iron rods written in the video from 1:06 minutes..
I was at the decking level in January 2023 when the price of everything in Ghana was unfortunately astronomically high.
I know there’s been a reduction in the prices of iron rods as we speak now and it would in no way reflect in my total cost.
