Great vid, i had an interesting idea... Since you throw a punch and not push a punch, what about throwing an NFL ball as far as you can with each hand? Could add sprinting to the ball and doing exercises before each throw? Thanks
Take a medicine ball and throw it like a basket ball down a football field and sprint after it then do it again. Do it for 20 mintues. It's called throw and go.

Have you ever had guys try to adapt this exercises who martial arts but not combat sports
I don’t even practice mma, these are all great exercises
