So Nick, I think you were gonna ask if any of us have the tech to teach you. Well here's a tip. Wiggle the C stick while your opponent goes for a super strike to mess them up.
Press the Y button to dodge with the ball.
Press R to run (You lose posession easily this way so be careful)
@11:30 this is correct. Only the right bar matters for a super strike, HOWEVER, Getting the left will help you get a perfect strike as that sets the zone bigger for the right side.

@12:20 I will say Nick you are righit about the difficulty curve. It is a bit tougher on the Skill floor side of things, but once you get a feel for it you'll be clobbering people left n right. And for the Super Strike is automatic hot take. WIGGLE THE C STICK. It'll at least throw a wrench to your opponents timing.

Those slo-mo shots are from perfect passes but are entirely optional. They only happen if you do a perfect pass and then press B to shoot before the ball gets to the player. It you wait until the last second to press B, you'll still get the power shot but time won't slow down. I think it's better to do it last second because triggering the slow-mo gives your opponent more time to switch to the correct defender and interfere

i’ve always loved the strikers games but it was always so frustrating when i would lose to an opponent when i had like 18 shots on goal and they had 4, the biggest problem is that it’s mostly luck whether you score or not
Dang we were getting so much free baseball that they ran out
You guys *need* to use critter to hit a player when they’re inside the 18yd box
The moment you guys learn how to dribble a player into the electric fence it really changes the game

My preference is to play with super strikes disabled, they're pretty broken. It's not hard to score with them every time with some practice

Game is so fast and chaotic that inexperienced players often get overwhelmed and forget about their items
