Hello, i bought the same unit last December of 2022, followed the instructions on the manual before operating the unit. Bought all the necessary fittings since the unit cannot fit in the bathroom of the condo so we had to put outside and bought the necessary fittings to connect the inlet to the water outlet and a long hose for the drainage. As of September 2023, it’s still operational and no issue so far. I liked the unit since it’s compact and doesn’t take too much space in the condo. Maybe the unit you bought got damaged perhaps or a manufacturing issue.
I just bought the 8.5 kg for PHP 19k and sooooo excited to try it out.. I’m just waiting for the fittings to arrive 😢 cuz I ordered them online I hope there is no issue… how is your unit? Does the frontload actually clean well?
I have this one personally and its been running brilliant after my expensive front loading Panasonic rusted out. The inverter motor compared to the regular motor makes all the difference as well. Yours seem to be a one off case here.
Was about to buy 1 and came across this and several negative reviews. I have 2 TCL AC units that are 3-4yrs old with no issues. I guess the washing machine is another story. Thanks for this
I had the same problem with my defy/Bekco 8kg top loader ! So i got sent another unit and worse than unit taken away !! So the store gave me a credit and we paid in more the the lg Direct Drive 7kg front loader and we are happy now! Had the lg since 4th of step 2024 So after u had repairs did it still give the same issues ?
This is an installation mistake on the end of the owner. Ang alam ko hindi talaga tumataad ang tubig sa front load. Secondly, we figured out that you have to install the drainage pipe 65 to 100cm high because it does not have a drain plug, meaning kapag nakababa ang drai pie, talagang tatagas ang tubig. Dapat nakataas ang pipe para hindi lumabas ang tubig. May provision sa likod kung saan isasabit yung drain pipe, along with the pipe U-brace. When it drains, it uses a pump to push the water out over the highest point of the drain pipe. I noticed that the drain pipe has just been extended towards the drainage.
Nope. TCL pulled the unit out. They themselves found out na faulty ung pressure switch. This was replaced by a different brand. Same setup sa drain hose but with no issues
I experienced exactly the same thing as you, I have readjusted the height of the exhaust hose and the result is still the same error E4 and the technician hasn't come. It's been 2 days since I bought it and filed a complaint... Bad TCL service Im from Indonesia
Beko is a good cheep brand my mother had one for nearly 10 years I gave it away when she got ill bit yellowed but still going strong. Cost about £250 pounds here in the uk which is cheep for a washing machine :) I would steer clear of all these cheep unknown brands as there basically a throw away machine if anything goes wrong and the warranty is usually a year and that’s it. I got LG I got a 2in1 so was more expensive but you can get a Standard lg one for about £350 pounds in the uk and it’s got a 5 year warranty till 2029 so don’t have to worry if anything goes wrong in that time my first LG in 2002 lasted for about 9 years I could of had it fixed but just wanted a new one then as it was looking old to.
I had beko it is made defy turkish brands ..I had the top loader ..Sent it back never ending issues .. Got a credit ..So we got the LG direct drive 7kg front loader auto in step 2024 4th 🎉 paid in more but so worth it .. I had the same issues as this tcl washer😢

Did you get your issue resolved? I saw TCL has a function where it regulates the amount of water by sensing the weight of the laundry pit in it and adjusts accordingly so it doesn't necessarily have to fill. Is that the case here?
I just bought the same as yours and the same problem too..the water doesnt fill full or even half when washing..do i have to ask for replacement or its just like that..
It is just like that po... Matipit po talaga sa tubig mga front loader.. you won't even see the water kapag may damit... Kapag wala damit, halos nakasyad lng sa bottom ng drum un water..
@@madamputcha Hello! What type of detergent po gamit niyo? I tried using Surf na liquid detergent kaya lang hindi ko sure kung gano kadami lalagay ko since walang measuring cup yung nabili na detergent. I tried putting 30ml ng liquid pero hindi mabula. Help!
@@redandreylie2650 hindi po talaga mabula ang mga liquid detergent. Kaya yan po ang recommended sa mga AWM para tipid din po sa tubig at mabilis mabanlawan po.
Factory defected! It should take more water especially for rinse. Got pleanty of experience for front loaders, rinse needs water and not soapy (dirty) clothes out feom machine.
Sa lahat ng bagay, even the well established popular brands, pwede magkaroon ng manufacturing defects. Even sa automobiles, meron mga lemon cars even sa popular cars like Honda, Mazda, Toyota etc. It goes the same sa appliance. 1 faulty appliance does not reflect the brand and even the product as a whole. I havent heard any mass recall sa particular brand of front load washers na ito. TCL is actually a well established brand since 1981. The brand is popular particularly in TVs, especially in the US. TCL ranked 2nd in the global TV market in terms of sales volume in 2019. That should tell you something...
The risk is high sir for first models just like other commodities. I know the hassle of having to deal with malfunctioning front load kaya I shared my experience. With this exact model being heavily discounted nowadays, I could imagine many would jump into getting one so I'm just educating what their options could be kung nasaktuhan nila lemon unit.
@@enricojohnoliveros5448 Many most probably jumped into buying one with the heavy discounts, but I don't see that much complaints even when searching, not enough to initiate a recall at least. I could find similar number of complaints against appliance giants with plenty of experience building washing machines like Samsung, LG, Electrolux, Sharp or Whirlpool. I had a Panasonic Inverter split type airconditioning which failed me prematurely. I still buy Panasonic though.
Hi, I'm having the same issue with iFFalcon/TCL 7KG washing machine. Pressure switch is already defective on its 2nd use, causing the water to overfill the tub and won't stop adding water. Getting E4 error on all the washing modes in this washing machine. Please note, drainage Pipe is installed as suggested in manual book. Zero customer support after sale. Other issue- I bought it on 24th July'2022 & technician visited on 13th Aug'2022 for installation after multiple calls & escalations. No having proper knowledge about product & trying to open the door as water was over flowing & not stopping,. He is not having any solution for this problem. Pls avoid to buy these cheap washing machine from TCL/iFFalcon. Thank
We just bought TLC 8.5kg front load washing machine and makes us stress for the whole day. Tumagos pa tubig. The two men who installed the washine machine disn't even know how to operate the item. If i could only knew, id rather used our old manual washine macine.
Hi, you need to pause, turn it off, wait for few seconds then turn it on. Then select spin only to drain the water. This was defective and was replaced with Samsung front load

This crappy TCL front load was replaced by a Samsung front load model (WW60H5200EW/TC) which by the time I posted this comment, is already phased out per checking Samsung Philippines website.

Peizxcv it’s under the 7 days return policy of the store I purchased it from. TCL technicians confirmed it defective and was offered to replace it with same model but I decided to just go with another brand since it would be a hassle

We got same model: - biggest problem it is not take enough water for wash and especially to rinse. Clothes were came out soapy/foamy at end(!) at any program. - service guys have no clue at all, talking with phone on techician: Answer: It is like that, factory error, we will report... - It rolls the clothes for 20-30 minutes before starting to heat up the water (?). - if you put 1000 spin instead of 800 default any program lenght will double up(!) Price is super expensive for quality. Unfortunately, just in PH, taking the 'duty' of front load washers. In EU you can get a branded one for this price (LG, SAMSUNG, CANDY, WHIRPOOL, etc). Here nearly doubled up the price of any front loader.

The TCL Technicians checked this and found it defective (pressure switch was disconnected) and I was offered by Fair N Square Binondo (the distributor I purchased it from) to have the washing machine replaced. I would love to keep the TCL as I can't afford to upgrade but the hassle forced me to spend an extra for the peace of mind. You understand this is their first washing machine hence nothing could be perfect right? I'm using both Panasonic (at my other home) and Samsung (which replaces this TCL) so I'm not a fan of any brand. As long as it works, then it gets my approval. In my case, I risked for a new product line of TCL and here's what I get for paying cheap.
And yes Im reading the entire manual before using any appliance. I even researched the issue and was able to find out the symptoms my unit is showing suggests defective pressure switch, which your technicians at TCL confirmed.
I know you work as trainer for TCL so I suggest you train your CSR at TCL sir since when I called to report the issue, they did not know how to drain the water when the washing machine does not stop adding the water. Please acknowledge that any product isn't 100% free from any issues and the same is the case with TCL, Panasonic, etc. Kaya nga may warranty na tinatawag right?
@@reginearellano3160 Sorry for the late response. Pina install ko ung washing machine sa technician. May sariling faucet na nakaconnect sa supply hose, tapos bumili ako extension ng drain hose sa Lazada.
Hindi E1 ung error nya sir. Napupuno ng tubig ung tub. Malakas water pressure samen. TCL technician na ang nag check at sira ung pressure switch kaya hindi nadedetect if puno na ung tub
ah kasi nag base lng ako sa video sir ganyan d saken pag order ko sa lazada kahapon.. sa quickwash dn ako nag test if working ba unit nla, tas nag mag stop xa sa 15mins during water refill tas mag E1 xa after 5-10mins ata na refill.. un lng ginawa ko, kulang supply water. liitan at putulin lng hose nia tas nag okay na..

Our machine cant do automatic washing. You need to lift up the drain hose and put it down again when its full of water. :(
i think you got a faulty unit. mines running good and its 4 yrs na. bought a bigger capacity under TCL din

Hindi naman po talaga napupuno o nagangalahati ang tubig ng fronload. Depende po ang tubig sa bigat ng load.

Can't remember where it was a long time na po but either SM megamall, Shangrila mall or Robinson's Ortigas. That was the time po kasi we used to live in that area when we bought it. Or better check their website :)

ung hose mo sir.. wag mo ibaba.. fix n ung s likod nya dapat pala naka level.. same issue, nakataas tlga xa d tulad ng ordinary washing machine n ung hose e mababa.. same problem here.. pati timer ayaw bumaba... continue pati tubig d natigil.. naayos ko din nmn after ko incheck ung likod..

This crappy TCL front load was replaced by a Samsung front load model (WW60H5200EW/TC) which by the time I posted this comment, is already phased out per checking Samsung Philippines website.
Ano po ginawa ng service center ng tcl ? Naayus ba nila issue or pinalitan yung item ? Ganito rin yung washing machine ko and ito rin problem ko now :'(

Peizxcv it’s under the 7 days return policy of the store I purchased it from. TCL technicians confirmed it defective and was offered to replace it with same model but I decided to just go with another brand since it would be a hassle

We got same model:
- biggest problem it is not take enough water for wash and especially to rinse. Clothes were came out soapy/foamy at end(!) at any program.
- service guys have no clue at all, talking with phone on techician: Answer: It is like that, factory error, we will report...
- It rolls the clothes for 20-30 minutes before starting to heat up the water (?).
- if you put 1000 spin instead of 800 default any program lenght will double up(!)
Price is super expensive for quality. Unfortunately, just in PH, taking the 'duty' of front load washers. In EU you can get a branded one for this price (LG, SAMSUNG, CANDY, WHIRPOOL, etc). Here nearly doubled up the price of any front loader.

Hello! What type of detergent po gamit niyo? I tried using Surf na liquid detergent kaya lang hindi ko sure kung gano kadami lalagay ko since walang measuring cup yung nabili na detergent. I tried putting 30ml ng liquid pero hindi mabula. Help!

The TCL Technicians checked this and found it defective (pressure switch was disconnected) and I was offered by Fair N Square Binondo (the distributor I purchased it from) to have the washing machine replaced. I would love to keep the TCL as I can't afford to upgrade but the hassle forced me to spend an extra for the peace of mind. You understand this is their first washing machine hence nothing could be perfect right? I'm using both Panasonic (at my other home) and Samsung (which replaces this TCL) so I'm not a fan of any brand. As long as it works, then it gets my approval. In my case, I risked for a new product line of TCL and here's what I get for paying cheap.
And yes Im reading the entire manual before using any appliance. I even researched the issue and was able to find out the symptoms my unit is showing suggests defective pressure switch, which your technicians at TCL confirmed.
I know you work as trainer for TCL so I suggest you train your CSR at TCL sir since when I called to report the issue, they did not know how to drain the water when the washing machine does not stop adding the water. Please acknowledge that any product isn't 100% free from any issues and the same is the case with TCL, Panasonic, etc. Kaya nga may warranty na tinatawag right?
Nako bibili pa sana ako nito kasi ang mura yun pala sirain. Mukhang top load ang bagsak ko hahaha.

@@reginearellano3160 Sorry for the late response. Pina install ko ung washing machine sa technician. May sariling faucet na nakaconnect sa supply hose, tapos bumili ako extension ng drain hose sa Lazada.

Hindi E1 ung error nya sir. Napupuno ng tubig ung tub. Malakas water pressure samen. TCL technician na ang nag check at sira ung pressure switch kaya hindi nadedetect if puno na ung tub
