Second, what kind of vegetable broth do you use? It looks much lighter-colored than most veggie broth you can get in the US, which is normally a tan color. Do you make your own veggie broth, and if so, could you post that recipe, too? Thanks so much, this soup is going to be one of my best, soothing and warming dinner choices for the coming winter.💕

The soup is certainly god, but described carelessly. How much of the most of vegetables?? How much mushrooms? How much broth? If the pot with vegetable is already on the fire BEFORE we pour the broth?
