it's been ten years now and i still think about this ad from time to time. one of the best ad campaigns i've ever seen, so wonderful to see people's genuine reactions and not to mention some of the incredibly talented singers and performers featured. seen it countless times and it still brings me to tears every time. incredible stuff

I've lived in Canada for six years but all my family are in the UK. Every time I miss them and wish I could see them I come to this video and it helps me visualize the next time I'll be seeing them as I come through arrivals at the airport. Makes me cry every time, in a good way. The feeling of anticipation as you walk through those doors, scanning the crowd for faces of those you love is incomparable.
I'll be seeing them again in 12 days for the first time since last August. Can't wait :-)

I've seen this many times but everytime I watch and see the mom near the end kneeling and embracing her small kids in welcome,it still brings a tear to my eye. I hope everyone traveling home for the holidays receives the same warm welcome from someone.
