What an amazing give away! I was a painter in encaustic work. I had a bad accident at work and now most of the time I’m home bound and off and on in a wheelchair. I became so depressed my therapist recommended making junk journals. This literally.saved my life. I just do them for me and I watch your channel a lot to learn new ways to decorate or make items for the page. I love your laugh and when something goes wrong it’s always funny you have magic tape to fix it or something. I would love to have that journal! It is right up my alley on color and texture.

p.s. - to use your brayer (or the like) with those sizzix dies just put a piece of parchment paper over the top of it. That will help protect the edges of the die cuts. 👍🏼

DJ i just found you today and i am binge watching your different videos. LOVE all the marvelous ideas you share and your explanations are terrific. I make journals and donate them to pediatric units at different hospitals. For something different i started making DYI bundles to insert into the journals. Directions, pieces of cardstock or whatever to make the item. Helps to teach children how to make stuff for journal instead of getting journal that's already assembled. Fun for me, and uses up more of my stash !!
I'd love to know more about your donations. I, too, work at a hospital. It would be great to do something like that in my free time! Wouldn't that be a great gift for families in NICU to document their baby's lives.
